please miss Foria okay um so couple of things when we start talking about issuance of handicap spaces on the on the public Street okay uh there's a couple of pre disqualifiers okay which means if you don't meet these specific standards it's an automatic no it has nothing to do with this board these are are rules that are already set in place okay one of these rules that are set in place for

an automatic disqualifier is if you are the homeowner and you have access to off street parking okay your property does have have the driveway I understand what it is you're going for you want to utilize the front entrance to the house was a shorter distance I completely understand that but the problem we have is your property has off street parking to the left of the property I yep stair yep my back is coming home
