I'm going to call to you over the traffic board meeting today is the 18th of January we're showing through the open law meeting any person may make any audio or video recording of this public meeting and may transmit the meeting to any medium attendees are therefore advised as such recordings of Transmissions are being made whether proceed or unperceived by those present and are deemed acknowledged and permissible

is anybody here for um anything that is not on the agenda citizen input nobody okay I'm gonna start with the curb Cuts oh you want to do the Edge so you have a roll call Helen Rigo uh Natalie mellow is absent today Thomas flowers

curb Cuts you got it 97 Terry Marie Way on here and they don't have to be the owner recently purchased a new construction home where the contract install the driveway with a 26.2 curve opening our requesting it's a new it's a new home construction the engineer department has reviewed the application as well as the location and found no issues and there are no objections to the request for the curb cover the city

engineer foreign motion to approve second second by Helen 111 Terry Marie Way if you want to sure well that's true yeah doing some work there um so they would finish building I bought mine in the 19th the next door neighbor bought hers I think it was in May or April but I know they said the um the driveway and whatnot they were supposed to I know Bill from coast wise which is the um

the the one that built the houses there with our team was there so they both yeah you always just a new construction yeah minus 111 and there's this uh the owner recently purchased a new construction home where the contract installed the driveway with a 25.5 foot curb opening and again the engineer department has reviewed the application as well as a location they have found no issues and

there are no objections to the request for a curb cut per the city engineer and I recommend uh make a motion to approve second seconded by Helen you're all set sir thank you um then I have I don't know is that the only thing for me because I have another uh what what's where's the other address the same thing 111 but I just didn't know if someone says traffic and parking

I don't know if it was something else oh there's a curb removal okay oh that's the curb removal that's the letter saying you have a curable meeting okay yeah you're all set yeah do I need any paperwork done all right okay nope they're good all right thank you have a good evening 82 Hartwell Street the existing commercial building is serviced by 16 foot curve opening driveway on Hollow Street the owner is

proposing to extend this existing opening by 6.5 feet for a total of 22.5 feet the applicant shall also be required to repair any and all sidewalk roadway curbing affected by the construction activity the engineered department for the city of Fall River has reviewed the application as well as the location and they have found no issues are there are no objections to the request for the

curb cut for the city engineer and I'll make a motion to approve that second seconded by Helen you know 149 Simmons Street for the location at 644 Prospect Street in Robeson yes yeah thank you sir okay the partial land is a corner lot with an existing 17-foot driveway curb opening on Prospect Street the owner is proposing to create a new 14-foot driveway curb opening on Robeson Street this would result in a total

combined opening of 31 feet the applicant shall also be required to repair any and all sidewell roadway curbing affected by this Construction the city engineer has reviewed your applications here as well as the location they found no issues on there are no objections uh to that curb cut and with that I will make a motion to approve that my little second seconded by Helen assure you also thanks Mark yes sir have

a good night and we have number four Downing Street uh at number four Downing Street are the existing posture of land is a corn a lot with an existing 12-foot driveway curb opening on Hoffman Street the owner was proposing to create a new 16-foot driveway curb opening on Downing Street this would result in a total of 28 feet the applicant shell also be required to repair any and all sidewalk

rotors are very affected by the construction activity and the city engineer has reviewed that application as well as a location and they have found no issues and they know there are no objections to requests for the curbside for the city engineer with that I'll make a motion to approve for Downing Street for a curb cut second seconded by Helen before Darling Street is also 26 McGowan Street

26 McGowan street we have a possible land that has an existing 12-foot driveway curb opening on McGowan Street the owner is proposing to extend that opening by removing an additional seven foot of curb resulting in a total of 19 feet the applicant shall be required to repair any and all sidewalk roadway who are being affected by the construction activity looks here the city engineer has

reviewed that application as well and they have found no issues with it nor do they object to it so with that I'll I'll make a motion to approve the group cutter 26 McGowan Street nice promotion to approve second emotions approved seconded by Helen and so yes sir

you got it five six five more five six five Lawn Street here yeah a request for handicapped signs at 565 Lawton Street I have reviewed the application I took a ride by the area um I did make some notes the the applicant does not have a driver's license is that correct that's correct I checked it she does not drive and the caretaker provides transport is that that's correct also

um it's not an overly busy area what we usually do with these um is basically that that area would end up being a handicapped spot for whoever's driving that car to bring her to and from I did check that area and that's not something we usually approve because basically it takes up a parking spot when basically just procking and you know getting the um being the caretaker for the person and putting

them in the car um suffices with that that's just not something that we approve the Opera if the if the applicant drove or she had a vehicle then um we would put a space there but that's just not something in the past that we have done should we allow the caretaker to pick them up um and put them in the car so it's not allowed industry I'm not saying it's not allowed I'm saying that the applicant

does not drive they don't own a car um it's not an overly busy street um and usually we allow the caretaker to pick up and drop off the um the person they're taking care of in that instant and one of the guidelines is that you know you must be a licensed driver you must have a name a car under your name registered to your name as the officer is saying it'll be like an empty space

and anybody can use it so you might get there and it be occupied with someone that has a plan card um and use it and there's nothing we can do about that that's why you know the applicant has to have a driver's license and a car registered to somebody else's name Maria Borges the applicant is Maria Borges but who filled out the application is her um caregiver so with that I would I would make a

motion to deny that handicap spot second Ed that motion that uh handicapped lot is denied okay 49 Cambridge Street so I did review your application I did check your license I checked your registration I checked your handicap placket everything is in order it looks like the application is in order I did take a look at the property over there um I did speak with the property owner

for the letter that you provided and um you do not you do you can you do not have uh the right to use that driveway there so with that I would make a motion to approve a handicapped spot at 49 Cambridge Street second executive by Helen so um I'll say this now because everyone here is here for the same thing um as previously mentioned when that spot goes up anyone with a placket can park there

okay so uh you've got a laundromat right around the corner up there whether or not they choose to park there I don't know somebody's visiting somebody in a neighborhood they can park there all right as long as it's a valid placket they have on their car yes ma'am sure of course it's okay so my neighbor is talking about so the event she gets a placard is she entitled to get a handicapped parking

spot in front of the house as well or we would review the application and then we would make a decision at that point okay so in the meantime she got one that means whoever got to my handicap parking spot first is whoever you watched my spot yes does she live in the same house she's on her but she doesn't have a placard yet but she keeps mentioning she's gonna get

one but I figured it I just would ask because it's a small area in front of our house I don't know if it would be enough it is it's very good there comes an issue then you know uh petition for uh maybe she can petition for another spot and which point and one more sign would go up there yeah you know as long as she meets the all of the guidelines here

is she I guess she would but I was something that her and I you know we could work out we're you know we're friendly so it's not like it's a bad thing so I would help her very important when your neighbors got to get along with your neighbor somehow do I have to do anything now no um um yeah the other thing um the second item um so all the applications for

handicap spot they get approved today in about probably next week you're going to see the maintenance crew Mark in the spot and we need those measurements to send the paperwork to city council which will go in front of a full Council referred to ordinance so the whole process takes anywhere between six to eight weeks and you'll see the polls go up okay okay so if someone is parked there when the

things go up I don't want someone to get penalized because I don't always get in front of things so what happens if someone's in that spot when they go to put the polls up and someone's parked there now will you the people who put those polls up are very well versed in how to uh if they need to move a car we can run a plate farm we can find out who's doing okay

he wants she wants money for the spot correct so do you park in that driveway I have on several occasions right I just got reamed out for it I parked there last weekend I unloaded groceries I went in my knee was throbbing I laid down on the couch I fell asleep and it was there overnight apparently somebody came by consuming it was you she called me and said you know I don't appreciate being

bothered blah blah blah blah blah well she wrote a letter so when when people run a letter yeah they put their number down yeah it's not bothering somebody it's terrifying but that's what she said to me right she just doesn't want to be bothered with anything except getting a rent check but I I can't afford to park in the driveway your application is in order and uh with that I'll make a motion to approve a

spot at 298 Tecumseh Street thank you second seconded by Helen you're all set man I appreciate that you got it 125 George Street yes sir you can stick right there sir you're all set I did go buy your property you could check the area it's a little tight over there and there's a lot of spots um I checked your license your registration your handicap placard there is no driveway and without make a motion to approve a

well it's like that he preaches our company vehicle over there yep so I got all the history nope you're good to go sir yep I'll set you up okay all right you got it 173 Mark Street all right so I did go by that area there is a driveway you Lobby tenant there is a letter from the property owner your registration your license and your handicap placard are all active and in order

I'm not allowed to plot from the driveway I spoke to the property owner and they told me that you are not allowed to park in the driveway yep and with that I'll make a motion to approve a handicapped spot at 173 Moss Street thank you you're welcome man you got it and that is recap spots so we'll go to

uh we're here for this one um you want to do the president Avenue one day because that was the table from the last one right right it was tabled from November Thompson Street the request there is to make it a one-way north to south onto which way is it going against her it's from it's it's from going towards president it's from Brownell to president yeah all right so it's headed north to south on Thompson Street

it's currently Thompson Street is currently a two-way street it runs north and south parking on both sides of the road there is a dance studio that just went in there on a refurbished property in his concerns with parking and the children in the area um and that property is located at 250 President Ave but it there's an entrance on Thompson Street is that correct correct 18 Thompson am I saying that right you are wow

pretty good that's not bad um so that request there is uh if you remember that came up in the December meeting and we tabled it um it was in December it was the November meeting that it came up and we tabled it to uh January with no meeting in December due to the holiday and we explained there the in the table they've also requested um a question Thompson Street to make it a Runway from

Brownell to president ad the issue was table so that all residents of Thompson Street could get notified at the next traffic meeting and all lettuce have been mailed out is anybody here from Thompson Street um I did receive um one phone call the individual's concern was she did agree that it's a very narrow street with parking on both sides she has a difficult time because her driveways

like into the property not right up front so when she comes out there are times that it's very hard for her to make the turn when I explained because she said she could not take a left but when I explained to her that the one way was from bronnell to President Avenue she said that would be a little bit easier okay I did say to to the individual that in the future if this

does become approved and it is an issue for her she can always come to the citizen input and address the issue and you could come up with something that's the only um call that I got regarding concentrate nobody else I mean some people emailed me and said I didn't request everything for taxes right right and I emailed them back explaining everything and I did not get it responding I know which driveway

you're speaking of I think she's probably right directly across from our driveway which comes after her driveway and across the street she's got a maneuver to come in and out whether she backs in or she's facing you know what I mean she has a hard time there are times that she doesn't because it's not too bad it's just how cars park right so that's something that I told her that if it becomes a mystery she can

always come to Justin um there was also a a I remember correctly they wanted at the exit of that driveway like a five foot I thought I thought my partner had said there was going to be a buffer of eight feet I don't know if that was the number we do five feet five feet down here yeah I I think the biggest problem with Thompson Street and I think you'll agree

with me you know because I live on President Avenue so I go by there a lot is the how narrow it is at President Avenue you've got the business on the corner you've got your parking lot in the back so it becomes a bottleneck where cars have to back up to be able because you won't be able to have two vehicles go by at that like from President Avenue so I think making that

a one-way will just you know and I mean the individual says well how can I get back onto Brownell I said you can go buy Boomer right so anyone that's listening you don't have to go to North Main and Brownell if you're on President Avenue just take Boomer Brownell and uh yeah and you're right there so versus going to North Main down Brownell to come up to Thompson so there is a very

easy way to get there so I I didn't see any any issue with making that a one-way hell do you have anything right now Alec have anything on that for Thompson cool so make a motion to uh make Thompson Street a one-way from Brownell to president and then a flight foot um sign there at the your driveway yeah a lot of larger vehicles to get out no the only thing

um this is gonna go and you know to full Council and then to ordinance they do send out a list to the butters so at that meeting you could have someone come in and oppose it or whatever so it's important that you come to that meeting as well sure what is the next meeting I don't know um yeah sometimes you wake up at a month so but um but you'll be

we have uh we got Field Street I'm gonna get from Field Street all right you want to come up man

you could just tell us who you are and then you can tell us what the concern is my name is and I live on Field Street and is a dead end and I'm the only house on address to Field Street on the dead end and just for the longest time there have been no parking signs across the street from me because yes it's outside um and I agree with that totally oh it's

my water it is a narrow Street and it's only fair even though the driveway across the street from me that property owner doesn't you one with the wooden fence yes doesn't use that driveway as a main access it's an occasional access she still has they still have the right to enter and one day I get up and they were more Parkinson so now on that short Street I have four no copy designs two facing my home

that if you drive down the street you see pools you don't even see them outside so it's like baby invasive and uh yeah I mean facing because usually they face the flow of traffic but they're facing my home and I'm the only one there so I'm the only one seeing them and seeing as I don't Puck on that narrow pot of Beale Street I didn't think it was the right thing to

do on such a short Street have four signs um and I know I could someone say that I park in the middle of the boat that's a lot you like seeing your car in the parking lot you have signatures as well pardon there are pictures I have video on my camera

I should say what would you like if you ever seen my vehicle and even if you have pitches of my vehicle my vehicle is parked past the property line of the neighboring property so therefore I don't but if I did hop in the middle of the street I always Park past that property line because I've seen Vehicles come in again and out and not only for their benefit it's a narrow Street I wouldn't want

damage done to my vehicle well no accidents happen and when no no the issue is I'm it's being said and I do not I do not I talk past it past the property line and that's what I wish that those signs not be facing me because I get it I got it with the first two on the pole I didn't need two more and I still want to access both sides of the street

why no oh I'm sorry both sides of the street after the property line on the dead end that's how um years ago it was agreed to at a city council meeting um the xaviors requested the city if they could Square Off Field Street because of vandalism to them and the car dealership and I was at that council meeting for another reason to help a friend um and I asked the xaviors they owned the greenhouses then

um if they would consider a wood fence instead of a chain link fence because the chain link fence is easy to climb still can see what's out there and scope it out and you do have a problem come with people coming down walking to cut through because it was an open area and he said yes and if I would care for that other side of his fence when he flattens out the area

to you know to be able to put the fence he would flatten out the bottom of Field Street after the tie ends because it wasn't it was rocks and boulders it was you know I I think when you excavate on a city street there was a lot of big boulders there they would put them there he removed all that he leveled out I think it's like maybe 14 15 feet after the tar he put Keystone

and I said yes I would maintain it and I have it's always been clean I've planted flowers and made it look nice and livable so people doesn't don't think it's just an abandoned dead end and I pop past the property line in the winter it's very tough because when they give me a good plow on that street I'm lucky if they don't I'm too old to shovel that street I can't do it anymore

so you're blocking me in at least if I had access chew after that property line I could move easily and not feel so confined all right so I I just want to make sure I understand it you want to be able to pop on both sides of the street after on the den after the dead end and I had asked um if that would be okay and I was told

yes and it was by how many how many tickets have you received down there never won I can tell you I did go by that area I did look over the fence he does have a garage in there he doesn't have cars yes so that says to me and that's not an area I would uh you know I've patrolled the shitty for a number of years and I may have had one call on Field Street

in my 25 years well I wouldn't have a reason to go down to that dead end look but when these things come up I go I check property I check everything I check everything that I think a reasonable person would would look at and and try and put the empathy in what a neighborhood or a person that lives in a neighborhood would need so I looked over the fence he has a driveway whether

they use it once a month or twice a month it doesn't matter it's a driveway it's this and he has every right uh to park there what I see there from a safety standpoint is if there's parking on both sides of the street and as an emergency at your house and they can't get an engine company down there because someone's having a party we're gonna have a big problem or a

rescue so so when I look at it I look at it from a public safety standpoint but now I know what you're saying you want a pocket way down on a corner but let me ask you this what's the problem with parking on the North side your house is the red house it's the last one on the right the red one yes um what's wrong with parking right in front of your house

well I have safety issues too and I have had I just I'm just trying to understand why you brought a park across the street from your house and not right in front of my house well it's for my security I live alone okay okay when my vehicle was packed in front of my house like it is now if you would go by there I had a numerous occasions people come

and I have security and it reaches the edge of my property okay they come down and they park on the other side of my vehicle and my alarm goes so I look I can't tell who they are what they're there for why they're there if they're there for the people across the street if I know them if they're lost whatever so I proceed I put all the lights on in

my house and the majority of the time they leave sometimes they do not I've had trash before near I've had drunks down there I've had men using the bathroom down there so when I pop when I when I pack on the opposite side if you come down my street and you have trouble on your mind my cameras are going to catch you because my vehicle isn't parked there now it's not blocking who you are it's

an open road and I can clearly see if I know you if I don't know you if you look lost if you're on the phone or whatever I don't need to panic one two o'clock in the morning and say what should I do should I call the police yeah you know yes you should you should call the police well I always feel that they by the time you would get there they'd be gone so I

I can't it just does it doesn't work you know that would be that would be the entire city where you know somebody would hey there's somebody you know on my street I don't know what they're doing I don't know who they are they could be a couple of lovers it could be like that's just someone who wants to relieve themselves and they don't have to sense enough to to go use McDonald's or or just go home

I don't I don't know but does the City plow that street occasionally then it's a public Street I understand it's a public Street I never thought of it as a private way it's a dead industry that's still a public way it's still it's still a city street yes so if you have to park on one side I have to park on two sides of my street I wish I only

had soccer known one but I can't she's so cool a lot of times I can't even get into my driveway because they popped in front of there so yeah okay this Jody show the the original issue of the signs down here there were people parking on the south side of the street right when it was looked at there they discovered there was only one sign and that's why the other signs went

up to make sure that everybody understood that there was no parking lots of years and they're still fair to this day I saw that I I visited that property it has not changed one of the days I was in a car it was very difficult Street to turn around and the other day I was in a larger SUV it's a very I had to back out just it's just a narrow Street honestly ma'am I don't I

don't see any reason to change it I think that in my opinion I'm not trying I'm not trying or change the parking because now if as you say you know hey I'm worried about people coming down here and parking in the corner right if they Park in the corner you have no complaints because your apocally but if we leave that sign here you can call up and say hey somebody on my

street to dead end streets a darkened area um there's no parking on that side of the street and you know let let us handle it let us look into what's going on over there I could do that with just the two original signs I don't need Foster well and I don't need them I don't need them facing my house we have to because what happens is when it's no parking this

side of the street you have to put it all the way down the street on a 200 foot I still say they shouldn't be popped I think it's invasive they shouldn't be pointing at me they should be going with the flow of traffic because no one can see them right you have to be in front of my home if they're face this way so what they did was they angled it a

little bit so when you go down the street you know not to pop on that side you cannot see those signs if you go down that street you see a pole you do not see signs they're so thin that you do not see those signs until you approach the signs in front of my house I know I see them but if they're straight this way they're reflecting this way and this is me

they're not on a curve they're not in a slant you go down they're straight you can't even see those signs until you approach them then you're in front of my house so who sees them well I mean 200 foot Street I mean they're going to be a funny house anyway take the turn but not facing me I can tell you that again you know being a police officer City for a number of years

uh I pulled onto your street I saw the signs it was one sign that may have been what might be obstructed in the summertime because of a tree but if I pulled onto your street I I would know I can't park here at least on that side and park on the other side I mean it's a 200 foot Street yes I know I I personally don't see any reason to change it

okay you got to give me more you just you've got to give me more the only thing I can ask then is that I'd be able to back in to my parking spot so when I leave my home I don't have to do a four-point turn that I can just leave and be with the flow of traffic well I'll tell you this you could you could probably use your neighbor's driveway to turn around in that way

you're set to go why would I want to be dependent I wouldn't feel comfortable being dependent turning your car around tuning my car around in a person's driveway that says I park in the middle of the street and obstructure and what do I do in the snow what do I do in a snowstorm do I shovel that driveway I can't do that well no you're not going to show the driveway it's not your driveway right so

how do I get out same way the rest of the city does if someone's going to help you well I mean the plows will come down I mean I live in the city too I get plowed in all the time to wake up 45 minutes but this isn't just plowed in right if that's your concern being plowed or snow it's just how much do I have to shovel to be able to go out

I don't have that answer for you man so you're telling me no I can't back in I'm telling you that as long as your car is properly you can do whatever you want there if there's no parking on that side of the street I see it as a safety issue I mean just believe it the way it is the property line I'm intrusive to no one it's not bothering it's dead land nobody

uses it you can't drive on it because there's no good place to go and they're all alone by myself and I don't see what the problem is I don't see who I'm bothering I pay my taxes I pay my water bill I do all the right things this has nothing to do with you not paying taxes the thing is I I think I should have a little consideration to also because I understand there's a

driveway there but that's a whole street with of being able to enter a driveway there are people and I heard these people they're saying they have and it's too to side parking and the difficulties they have and everything this person has that whole street to motivate to get into a backyard I can't see what the problem is if someone's on Dead Land what is the inconvenience to anybody but to me

what's the inconvenience of just on your side in front of your home in front of your own home that's that's what I'm supposed to park that's what I'm saying you've got to give me money I mean you have I don't know how much Frontage maybe 80 feet 85 feet you mean I mean people would give a right arm to have that much on a dead end Street and people would give them for the ability

to get into a driveway that they already have that's where well that's they bought their property there I mean that's why people pipe properties right places but but do you have a driveway no no there's a telephone pole I cannot get it well I mean again ma'am it's it's you've got to give me more I see no reason to change it I mean we'll keep the no parking there if an issue arises where there are suspicious

vehicles uh that a parking air or people that are doing things there that you believe are nefarious I would most certainly tell you to call the police and we'll take care of it I mean I I did not go back and look up the amount of calls on fields I can't imagine as many if anything so you don't have a driveway no so you go all the way down the end of the

street I'm I'm saying you're gonna go you're going west so you go to the end of the street and then you turn around you're turning around and back up and then you then you face East right this is narrow there as it is at the beginning of the dead end and maybe maybe a dead-end sign would help I don't have a dead end sign maybe that would help is there with that inside now I

no I'm not well we'll check that and we can get that we can get you a dead end shot will that work yes sir we'll get you a dead inside so we which side are you allowed to park on now I'm allowed to pop Park North facing down so every time I leave my home I have to turn around well she yeah that the street runs East and West yeah so you must be parking

on yours in front of your house is that what you're probably so you're facing East I'm facing west and no you're fishing West I'm facing West Northwest you think sometimes like I mean I don't think anybody's why can't you park if it's a one-way they could they could they could it's one way right it's one way I would just use that driveway if you can't talk on the going east no

because technically it's a left wheel to curve like okay parking Wrong Side Street and which I was going to suggest but I'm not gonna I'm not gonna suggest you to do something and then you'll be ringing my extension and saying hey I I got a ticket for parking and properly so no I won't tell you to do that but I'll tell you in my opinion you're telling me that that driveway

that your neighbor has and not that you need to be dependent on him um he's using it so infrequently that you you know you have an opportunity to turn around and that's I use this right way to turn around and I used it I have to I I don't know how wide is that street 30 feet at last Kaiser parked on either side another can't talk I I went there was there was

a pickup truck that was parked in an off street parking area there was your house and there was a driveway and that and and I still have to turn in a car I had to turn around think I drive pretty good but I need that driveway all day long I mean that's that's what we do in the city but when somebody misrepresents how you're parking your vehicle to the traffic department it doesn't make me

um 99 South Main Street autism care provides Behavior Services for individuals with special needs they occupy a rental property where Travelers Insurance is located and would like to utilize two handicapped spots um installed by Travelers Along on Antoine Street as a designated drop-off and pick up location for caregivers this space would remain the same in dimension accessibility with change only in the

required postage sign so what happened was one of those Travelers um quite a few years ago they had a wheelchair employee on they came in front of the traffic Boyd they did a ramp and then we put the signs up as a matter of fact it was 40 feet yeah I recently took a ride by there and I like to know no uh loitering shine you got up on the side of the building yeah I don't

know if it's working so what happened is it doesn't get utilized as often as it was before so with autism and the parents dropping off these children they need to be close to the door so I said to them we can change that to a drop-off and a pickup and anybody that's handicapped can park in a meter and put up the handicap spot so we're not taking any handcuff spot away

we're just changing that one to make it more accessible yeah we'll do uh we can do drop off or pick up only we or we can do if you do loading zone it's got to be commercial so you have parking for autism Care Partners only I mean that's not a sign that we have in stock but we have a drop-off pickup loading will that work we can even do

um you know I I have it throughout the city uh where there's an autistic autistic a child in a neighborhood we do put up signs please slow so we can put the drop off and pick up only and then put one of those so that it'll alert drivers that those kind of children are going to be dropped off a picture that be okay yeah all right so make a motion to uh

change the signage along anawan Street by The Travelers building um from handicapped parking to drop off pickup second seconded by Helen and you're all seven thank you we have one more right yeah yep we have one mine they're not here we have two more two more we have uh 54 McDonald Street Savings Bank they're requesting to have 30-minute parking shots installed so we will table that okay motion to table

second 54 McDonald Street that's seconded by Helen and then we have 79 North Main Street Bank five they are putting a handicap accessibility ramp on Franklin Street no they that's what they want but my suggestion to them was I'll just read it Bank five is requesting a 30-minute parking sign located in an existing media parallel parking spot at the southeast corner of North Main Street and Franklin Street

the attached drawing the 30-man parking sign is to provide short-term parking for customer parking at bank five branch and others the proposed location of the addition for the branch and customer entry is a significant distance away from the zoning required parking lot which is behind the building that would be on the east side of the building the 30-minute parking sign is to provide

convenience to customers and quick business needs and a turnaround transaction such as the ATM machine that is what they are requesting right so they came into my office and we talked about that so they're going to change the whole Frontage of the bank so everything is going to be at the corner of Franklin and North Maine their entrance their ATM machine everything oh my God so the 30 minute I suggested

because Franklin is not busy at all I suggest we put the 30 minute on Franklin um North Main where it's a lot more busier because you've got the library you've got other businesses there do the handicap for for on North Main now I did tell them that because you get the library and other business days anybody with a plot card can and that would happen and they were okay with that okay so a

handicapped spot on North Main and 30 minutes 30 minute parking on Franklin Street correct two spots correct and it's right at the corner right at the corner right so make a motion for a handicapped Spa at 79 North Main Street um on North Main Street and a 30-minute parking on Franklin Street okay and now second you're not checking it by help okay and that will conclude the oh yeah yeah no you got to do the um

all right so the last thing on this agenda here 's the rescinded handicap spots request from the traffic to Palm to have the following handicap species rescinded due to individuals no longer utilizing the space because they have even moved they no longer drive or they have passed away those spots are on Barnaby Street William Street Kilburn Street Mobile Street and South Main Street motion to

sit in the handicap spots for the uh Helen and adjourned mulching to adren seconds like Helen
