changed in valuation um and the biggest as Richard said was utilities uh the gas company and Electric Company putting in new um substations and new gas piping which you've seen all over Fall River um the roads tour uh but those were the biggest uh um improvements this year and the the values continue to grow looking at sales for next year they're still on the rise so so what's the new growth
