yes Mr Souza here Mr haak here and president Al here thank you all right uh I think we've all been given the uh the uh what we're supposed to discuss tonight first item on the agenda is citizen input um I understand there's no one here wants to do some citizen input um second item is minutes of the previous meeting um I believe we've been been given a copy of what happened in

the last meeting on October 2nd if you have any questions or you want to make any changes about it bring it up now um if not I'll end a motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on October 2nd 2024 anybody want to make that motion I make that motion second all in favor I I motion passes okay item number three it looks like we're going to um we got a pretty long agenda with

respect to uh what's going on with regard to U change orders and so forth so item number three uh involves uh contract number two at the wastewater treatment plant dealing with the solid processing upgrade um and we have in front of us a change order number seven to the company Daniel oon and son who at the present time um was awarded the contract as you can see the amount for this particular change order is a, 46,2

58.9 now um if you've looked through the uh the breakdown of just what the expenses are and so forth the way I interpret this basically shows that um with respect to things that had to be done by okon over a period of time the um cost of what they what was is being presented is approximately 150,000 almost $151,000 but in addition to that I see two reasons of above and maybe some

other um items that have that had to be done or or are being done I guess it was necessary for us to um we had to pay o Carell for additional time on the job and from what I can see that amounted to another almost another 300,000 am I right in interpreting that yep okay but you'll also see down at the bottom of the page um an additional almost 960,000

now when I saw that I was kind of like okay um my first impression at the time was I don't recall in the contract where um plant work for repairing and replacing or whatever the case would be on the clarifier and the bridge and a cooling tower I at that time was not included in the contract correct correct okay so Mr ferland can you explain to us why we're um we're adding approximately $960,000

to this change order yeah so first of all what I provided within the packet was a brief summary though was still finalizing get it together the full change order when I have that I can provide you copies for your records the board copies for their records but this is the financial breakdown of the additional cost um and anything you have questions on I can respond to so part three on this uh summary is um

additional plant uh equipment work um so clarifier Bridges and the cooling tower replacement uh so these are two things that we have done at the plant and we looked at multiple options on how to uh get these done so this is the cooling tower uh that uh that cools off the um processing water uh for the PSA um building so in the PSA building we have large compressors that use water to cool

internal to the compressors outside there's a cooling tower uh that cooling tower is 20 plus years old has been outside operating uh we started to have major uh issues with that cooling tower uh leakage of water which then adds into cost uh as well as uh breakdowns within the and systems and stuff within there so it definitely passed its useful uh life uh expectancy so uh we look we

looked at a replacement of that cooling tower uh we looked at some different options to do that um and we've decided to do that as additional work through this contract uh with Daniel okell and Son uh the other big uh excuse me is he going to be doing the work yeah Daniel OK will be doing everything so they'll be uh pouring a new slab uh new uh lines into the cooling tower uh transferring

from the old cooling tower into the new one procuring the new cooling tower electrical hookups of the cooling tower and everything to get it fully operational and function and then demolishing uh and uh disposing of the old cool Tower slap and uh equipment that was in relation to that uh the other thing that uh is additional work uh is uh Bridges to the clarifi so uh the primary clarifi 1 2 3 and four uh we initially

um was back in June um a an anonymous complaint went into oser about the condition of the manway bridges to be able to walk out to the center of the clarifiers uh OSHA came down and was concerned about the Integrity of those bridges um we had uh consultant look at it and uh without majorly reconstructing those in place uh couldn't get anybody to certify that they would be safe to walk out so we

have not been able to walk out to the center of the clarifi is uh since then uh so what we have we have a large man lift um that's stationed on site um you know a JLG boom lift that uh cuz all the Mechanicals for the Rays and everything is in the center so if a share pin breaks we need to be able to get out to that Center so we've been using in that

man lip to be able to do that to be able to take samples from uh the basins and things like that uh so the cost includes uh replacement of those four clarifier Bridges uh so fully new construction galvanized uh there'll be galvanized dipped uh there's two shorter ones uh 40 42 feet and two longer ones that are 60 ft uh so those will be uh manufactured uh and installed uh by uh and their

subcontractor um and then they're also paying for the cost of that list uh through next October which is when the expected so so all the work's going to be done um by somebody that's operating a lift in other words I'm assuming we we're taking we're taking the bridges out right yeah so once so the bridges that are there will stay in place cuz the way that also the bridges also help support

the center column and the torquing of the center column so the existing Bridges will stay in place since June we haven't been able to put a man out on those bridges this they're in place they're functional for uh operational wise but not for uh they're not certified or safe for somebody to be able to walk out those uh catwalks out to the center so that's why we using the

man lift to get out to the center area now from what I what you're saying we're going to put new Bridges y yep okay so I'm trying to visualize in my mind you got these old bridges so you can't walk out on them right y so so uh we putting the bridges the new bridges in place of yes right so at some point the old bridges have to be cut out pulled out and that's and I'm

assuming that we don't construct covers over the over the uh clarifiers so people can walk on it to get the old brid the old bridges off so you we're going to be using this some type of lift mechanism or where somebody or a crew of guys is going to be able to be suspended at some point yep you know dealing with torches and everything else and cutting everything out and lifting it up and

pulling out yeah yeah we work am I right yeah 100 100% we're going to work with the contractor when we do the bridge Replacements it'll one clarifier at a time we're going to have to take that clarifier offline drain it clean it um and they'll be working with lifts and staging inside those clarifiers to be able to get up take out the old bridge with a crane crane in the new one place the new one attach

it you anticipate paint and the clarifiers as well uh painting the clarifiers not at this time um you know we're working to uh get it back so that we can have full operation of the catwalks um out to the center um most of the rake arms are there um the inside of the clarifiers we typically don't paint while we have those clarifiers down we're going to be our own inhouse staff

will be inspecting the rate GS and stuff like that making any repairs uh or painting those as needed uh we actually just did secondary clarifier number three that came offline rayon was there was some repairs that needed to be made to that uh and the rayon was painted and then the clarifier was the uh secondary clarifier was put back online all that will be done in house with our own staff

okay so we're looking at two big clarifiers or one uh it's two big ones and two small ones two big ones and two small ones how many clarifies we got down there Total Primary is four so all four of them okay um so I guess my next question is we're going to we're going to take this additional $900,000 and assign it to the to the project yes okay um well do you anticipate us being faced

with any this group for having done that you know it's with it's within the uh it's within the uh Mass Journal laws procurement went over 10% um and 3039 M we're not over uh 10% with un non unforeseen conditions changes within the contract um so I don't see any issues with that this is work we would either have to uh you know this is one way to do it is is through

this you know with with the change order that we feel is reasonable requested work we've done this on multiple projects before um um you know the other way to do it would be to we could do it through our omm contractor a uh a direct pay account to them but this is this is this goes this would go all in a way I I think it's the right

thing to do because um if we go on and M it's going to be kind of hard to justify throwing $900,000 you know against the budget and all that stuff so um at least this is going against capital Y and and hits the uh you know the market that's out there for uh Capital Money yeah exactly so this will this will be uh we have the uh we have the available budget within our existing authorization yeah

um we we will be able to uh modify our existing srf loan to include these costs within the srf boring so we'll still be at the uh actually they might have gone less than 2% % on this loan they would be at 1.5% on this loan uh for the long-term borrowing but uh you know I don't foresee any issues within uh either the uh procurement or the uh or the financial aspect of funding this

work well we we do have you know in some sense we're up against a backs up against the wall because OA is saying you can't you can't go out there and utilize equipment properly and we need to run it we need to get it there and by the way did we get cited for anything uh we did not get cited uh there was uh there was three things that uh that violia uh initially was cited

for at the facility uh one being a spiral staircase uh out of pump house number two which we've uh since repaired and is in full function second means of agress from the sub basement there uh the catwalks uh were d as well as uh uh slip and fall hazard in uh pump house number one CU one of the pumps was leaking could possibly slip on the web floor so it was matting put down to protect

against that okay all right but there was no fin LED or permanent violations on any anybody's record hopefully nobody got hear it what have you okay good um anybody here any questions Paul no I just it's a lot of money but um it's something I think we definitely going to deal with you know when do you how long do you think this this is going to take uh so the anticip the time has extended out to

October of 25 uh for this work uh so the contract and now is on track to uh be a substantial completion of the whole project by the end of the yeah within the next couple of weeks planning on having it done punch list into January February uh for the original contract items uh the cooling tower is I want to say April or so delivery time for the cooling tower uh so once the cooling

tower comes in they'll come back they they'll get that set uh and then towards the tail end of uh of the summer is when the uh bridges are anticipated to be Fab fabrication complete and ready for install whose fabric are uh I believe it's I believe they use an MWI which is the metal fabrication facility on pastry okay I think I believe that's who uh was in the quote that was

provided all right Steve you got any questions Andrew no excuse me okay um okay um I got no problem with it I can understand the agency behind it and and it's a lot of money but it's it's something that has to be dealt with and and I think um assigning it to the project that we're in now I think it's the right thing to do so uh on that particular uh situation then um anybody

want to entertain a motion to approve change order number two I'm sorry change order number seven for contract number two in the amount of a, 46,2 5895 cents I'll make that motion second all in favor do we need Paul do we do need a roll call on that no no okay for I I I okay motion passes okay that takes us to item number four um Construction Services contract number two change order number four for CDM

um I read through that I read through the change in the contract is this 200,000 part of cdm's work on what we just what we just approved for o Connell o' Donnell yeah so there so there will be uh C the design part for this and all that um not really designed so there wasn't much design because it was a replacement of existing but uh overseeing the installation and stuff

like that of that work uh is uh is in this amendment for CDM uh the other thing is some additional time of our onsite resident engineer that's been on the on the project since was a yeah yeah he's he's been uh on this project for a while um you know I want to just make sure operational wise that he's available um you know coming through the next couple of months so that the

project can get closed out properly and everything's uh everything's closed out we have all the document propit documentation we need and stuff like that so he's going to uh stay on the project to facilitate all that as uh I always remember the gentleman bobowski bobowski is he still there bobowski is still uh he is retired from CDM Smith but he still is uh still still invol with it we're his only client left yeah

but I I must say he's been around a long time yep and uh uh i' I've always found him be a pretty smart guy yeah he knows he probably knows the plant better than anybody yeah without a doubt bobowski he's been uh quite some time yeah I think he's been doing work work in the city since the mid90s you might remember him Paul I do remember from back in the

day he he's been there like I think at one time he used to work for stolen Webster and he was um okay he was farmed out from stolen Webster to CDM really yeah okay yeah Paul the the thing that um strikes me a little bit um and the wording of the contract it talks about the total not to exceed the amount of the agreement including this amendment number four is 9,425

529 do I understand that to mean that that this contract for 9 million and change um reflects all the work that's anticipated by CDM to get us to where we're supposed to be and have to be to be to function the way we do and this 200,000 is just a portion leading up to the 9 million and a half yes am I right in assuming that yeah okay so this so

This 200,000 is uh an additional to the 9.2 million um that whole entire 9.2 million if you recall was um this contract was originally started say maybe 5 years ago with the original design design and that's design contract to um which we started with a 30% design on contract 2 originally uh we did an amendment to uh bring that 30% to full uh bidding uh documents in uh proc and through procurement uh then we did an

amendment for uh so amendment number three was for the initial construction management residen inspection oversight for the three-year construction project uh and then from there um about uh about uh three or four months ago you approved a change order for CDM for uh for some additional time because the contract is over on the project and stuff like that and then um this change order like I

said just helps us make sure that you know I'm a big one on making sure we have proper documentation on the project and everything's clean and clear cut so that you know I just want to make sure that we follow through on that and have everything to a okay and then this additional work too so what would say for that all right all right gentlemen um we've got item number four we're being asked to

approve change order number four in the amount of $200,000 for CDM is it CDM Smith still they still call it CDM Smith still under CDM Smith yeah okay um anybody have any questions with respect to this or any want to bring up right now if not I'll attain a motion to approve change order number four for $200,000 to be awarded to CDM make that motion second second yes I do right all

in favor I motion passes thank you gentlemen all right now you taking terance um item number five Woodward and curan professional Engineering Services design change order number two $860,000 now this is for this is this is for the project that's down in mothers Brook yes right well we supposedly got to replace Almost 3 miles more than three miles of 18in pipe or I don't know how big it is yeah 18 and 20 yeah yeah and

um yeah that runs so the mother's Brook sewer runs from starts up actually starts way up at Wilson Road and Airport Road heads North on Airport Road uh goes partially up to Innovation Way from Innovation Way it starts to Head West uh down through the uh through the landfill paralleling mother's Brook uh then it goes down uh crosses underneath 24 underneath uh North Main Street pretty

much following the Fall River Freetown border uh it goes all the way down to the railroad tracks uh from the railroad tracks it starts to head south uh parallels the railroad tracks within 10 F feet of the railroad tracks uh and uh then eventually um just uh just about a th000 ft uh south of the country club Bridge uh jumps out to North Main Street then jumps back to the railroad tracks

uh and then it eventually at Collin Street uh starts to go across country a little ways but we looked at it all the way from Wilson Road um all the way around all the way down to the railroad track so that was the whole entire mother Brook M North Interceptor uh project that we looked at um and you know that area we we've and I talked to the commission about some of the issues

that we've had with that with that couple of collapses we've had next to the landfill um which we've had to make emergency repairs to uh and we'll talk about a contract to that involves that later on uh the next item um but this is um for what we're doing really uh down on the railroad tracks right now uh so one of the previous meetings um we spent some money on that yeah we 200,000

200,000 has already been approved and at that meeting I told you that we were looking at this 200,000 cuz we had the issue done on the railroad tracks with the collapse of the SE line on the railroad tracks so we had to get an emergency contractor in there shut the rail down be able to make a repair uh so what we really wanted to do was be able to get in there and do a

real good cleaning and inspection uh on the whole entire sewer line that runs the railroad tracks uh initially we put a placeholder and we had approval of $200,000 to get that project rolling um this is through Woodward and current they're using some of their Consultants because it's inspection of the sewer made to be able to inspect uh the um and you know make design uh decisions based

off of that inspection um so once we got into it um we we're working uh they're working with mass Coastal rail which is actually the operator of the railroad owner operator of the railroad um and we're also working with uh pki um construction who's a company that's doing cleaning with mass Coastal um so um they have them down there doing the actual work because it's all specialty

equipment that they needing they need a VOR truck that goes on on the railroad a high rail back to truck a high rail um uh Jetta truck they have high rail CCTV equipment that that they brought in to be able to to do all this work uh so they and setting up bypass on that to be able to uh getting the bypass out to the rail with rail cars and grapple trucks

and stuff like that so uh it's definitely been a project um beyond belief but this is where we're estimating that that cleaning is going to uh is going to ple that um can I yeah so the the 860,000 uh includes some of that work but it also includes design getting ready to initiate the project of replacing almost three miles of pipe uh yeah so so it finishes up that um you know it finishes up that there

was there's a couple of things permitting wise that we still need to go through um for the upper sections uh once we did all the H&H the hydraulic analysis and everything like that the corridor through the railroad um didn't need to be upsized from its current size yeah so which was a good thing but we're still concerned about the condition that's why we're doing this inspection because if

it needs to be replaced it would be due to condition not necessarily capacity um no this this is all on the west side of the track this is on the east side of the track East the majority of it's on the east side um once it gets right next to the country club it crosses over to the west side for about a th000 feet then it crosses back over to the east side yeah that's

where I was thinking was on the west side yeah yeah so um so again uh they've been out there so far the pipe condition there is two areas next to drop manholes we found that the pipe um the pipe is uh you know has some condition issues um so we're planning to uh potentially uh just line those two uh those two areas uh with an epoxy uh cured in place lineup

um which will require elti bypass setups and stuff like that but um that's what we're looking at uh one of the big things that you know one of the big things you know that I look at is this is 10 ft away from 10 15t away from the railroad um that's going from a railroad that wasn't hugely active to now a railroad that's going to be commuter rail with multiple trains running um

through there um you know and we so we did permitting for all this inspection through uh Mass do rail uh the rail uh is looking to switch over it's been under control of mass Coastal Railroad and mass do um uh it's going to be switching over to MBTA and kolis um who operate the commuter rail system uh so that's going to be that's a whole different ball game because the know including uh the federal rail Railway

commission and different uh different things so um we're trying to get this work completed prior to that transition as well um okay um and looking through some of the L on this thing this I read somewhere where it was anticipated that cost of design uh and I guess some other things including may this uh was about 1.1 million initially yes initially and then and but we're right now we're looking at 860 addition

Y is it an addition on top of the 1.1 yes oh okay yes I I was interpreting as you know it should be 1.1 but they came in at 860 so maybe we got a few bucks to spay her but obviously that's not the one this isn't ople money is it so no so the initial 1.2 was um Eda Federal uh Economic Development agency funding uh so that so that was all grant funding

the original the original design we had a we had a match I believe it was 10% which we funded um this additional work um this additional work currently is not uh part of that with talking to Eda to see whether they can um help us fund it uh if not we do have available room within our open authorizations too from this okay this is going to be a big project and just just the scope of

a little better than 177,000 ft of pipe and everything else working its way through through little towns and all that stuff um anybody got a rough idea what we're looking at here so looking at that like 800 million 80 million H I don't want to put it put you on the spot Paul because because I'm sure when we when we start dealing with this project we're definitely going to have some overrun because we're going to

run into stuff on the ground that we don't we don't we don't even have a history of it being there true yeah you know our anticipated cost right now we're looking at about 24 million uh for for the whole entire thing which isn't uh it it's not an extremely deep so natural elevation brings it down to those low points um the next item we're going to talk about is actually a

section of this uh so this is it's about 4,000 ft of that 177,000 ft and we got a good number on on that project that we bid out so um that's that's the next item so that's that 4.2 uh 1.2 1.2.2 yeah yeah which is a good number for for that work okay um anybody have any questions no no okay um whose turn is it to make a mo make that motion make a motion to

approve change order number two any the amount of 860,000 to be awarded to Woodward and current you've made that motion Mr yes I have I motion second motion all in favor I motion passes thank you gentlemen all right this takes us to item number six the Northend Interceptor sewer Improvement which was which we just discussed on the final as a final chapter to what this big Project's going

to be yep um and we're looking at awarding the contract to that to RJ V construction um I'll be I'll be very uh hon honest with you Paul I was very impressed with the um the work that would with Cur and went to find out if these guys were legit and uh you I always know that there was some type of uh uh scheme that that that these companies use to uh you

know to to uh I guess go out and talk to these companies that have close to one of the beds and everything else but I thought thought they uh I thought they did a good job yeah and I guess they there's a looks like these people are pretty reputable and um the thing also that struck me was there's a big gap absolutely between the first and the last and the last and there is there is and

um okay yeah no like I said you know and even so uh the other thing that caught my eye is nine b nine bits on this job yeah which is a lot which is a lot yeah yeah which is a lot yeah right all right um okay so we we've got a recommendation woodwi cin uh they provided us with the information that you know shows that the company appears to be uh legitimate and obviously it also

shows that they they do work that's acceptable and so forth to everybody that they work for so this one um I'll ENT a motion to unless anybody has any questions with respect to this I'll ENT a motion to award the contract for the North End Interceptor silver Improvement on phase 1A to the IG construction company in amount of 1, 226,000

$226 I'll make the motion hi second thank you gentlemen all in favor I I um these guys ready to go you think yes the uh engineer has talked to them and they are prepared and ready to uh to start the project all right and this is uh 4,000 ft uh yes roughly about so it was bid you'll see and you saw it there was a base bid which included a certain

section so pretty much from Route 24 up to the edge of the landfill and then the alternate was from the edge of the landfill uh up through the uh detention Pond area uh to the roadway um and so we you just watered the base fit and the Alternet uh and yeah they're ready to go they're aware of restraints we get out there okay good takes us to the um item number

seven now this is this is good for us we're looking for a change order number four in which there is a credit in the amount of $232,300 38 being returned to us by bisco Contracting correct very good no no it doesn't uh you know it's it's the balancing change order at the end of the contract you know one used items there was uh some change orders on this contract I don't remember but there

really wasn't they didn't there wasn't many change orders increasing on this contract what was it 6 million ended up being 6 million something like that yeah and this is what right P did the design yeah right P did the design on this one looks like they were on the ball yeah because they were watching all the pennies that's going in the ground and coming out and everything else and

keeping track of it and going to m going to Mr Pisco and saying um by the way yeah no they and you know I don't know if you guys have seen the The Pump Station up off the side of Wilson Road there but uh half of it has the electrical controls and Generator for the sewer the other half is a water booster Pump Station which we've needed up in that

that area um so it was uh it was good to to be able to get that uh that project completed and I think the project came up really good okay um and and I guess we have a breakdown of what the to 32 I looked at some of the items and it's you know you know you look at some of them and you go like wow somebody was was counting the

screws and got some bolts and and things of that nature which is which is good that's why we pay these Consultants to do it yeah correct um all right gentlemen um we're going to also need um a motion to approve change order number four uh any the amount of accredit to the Sewer Commission of $232,300 38 and I'm assuming this cleans it up yeah this closes out the project all right okay um

make that motion second all in favor I I thank you gentlemen motion passes okay this takes us to last item Community utilities efficiency audit contract for $100,000 to right Pier now I I try to I try to remember what this was about I think we disc discussed it at some point in the past but I'm I couldn't place it so I'm reading it and and um I'm I'm hearing I'm reading it and and what it's

registering with me is is somebody's looking for efficiency and I guess my question is what's this result of so usually when somebody's looking for efficiencies you know somebody thinks there's excess somewhere or or there there are procedures that need to be changed or things of that nature so uh could you please enlighten us as once again as the with this as well yeah so last year during the budget hearings

with the city council um it was uh it was discussed about an efficiency when when the last time you know the Departments will look at that in an efficiency audit was done uh that question came up from the council uh and it's been a number of years so um efficiency audits you know electricity wise and stuff like that we work with the power company both water and on a regular basis to have them come in see

if there's any uh credits or benefits that we could get by changing stuff out um so that's one way that we do things overall though it's it's tough to look at uh it's tough to look at our staffing and our Manpower and stuff like that you know I see how the department should be run um you know our other division leaders and within the department see how it should be run um you know I don't

think it's a bad thing to get an outside look somebody else coming in taking a look at us you know hey maybe you can take and uh turn this chemical down uh you have duplicity in a job function here you know to see whether there is any offic icies that can be gained you know there's a the last one that was done of this was uh was was when I first started so back in

2012 um there was one done um that was at the request of the uh the administration at the time uh that uh that the department be looked at um as a whole so uh and we've gone through a lot of changes since then um you know a lot of different procedures whether it be uh billing procedures and you know programs that we've implemented Asset Management tracking GIS um you know new types of billing

systems with uh Neptune 360 automatic reading of the meters and stuff like that uh you know to take a look at all that see whether there is any other efficiencies that can be observed by the department for financial saving reasons both Water and Sewer yeah you do both Water and Sewer yeah yeah um and and reading and reading up some of the um steps of the audit it says a lot about the owner will

provide information that's necessary to right p y right so right P to me isn't going to be doing too much digging in a sense that they're going to be coming to you and to your staff and so forth and asking questions what about this show me this and so forth I need this just make it as part of the audit and all that stuff now um have you has any of this been run uh

through the union people no we we haven't talked to the union I feel that this is a management right if if out of this audit any changes to Union procedure or uh anything in relation to union members or contractually if it affects anything at that point uh then it becomes potentially an open bargaining item or you know impact Bing could you know and if we decide to act on any of those you

know that's when that would be dealt with at the union level but for somebody to come in evaluate and um and make recommendations I don't feel that the union you know I haven't talked to the UN in relation to this yeah um okay something may come up though yeah you know again you see you see people walking around uh asking questions we get to something and uh you know they got

clipboards and things of that nature and they you know they're strange looking and uh they've never been seen before and uh yeah you know you know I just I just want I just want you know to make you aware of the fact that something like that can can WRA up yeah no definely definitely you know and I and I would expect that you know um division leaders you know and as you said owner provides

a lot of information we'll be providing them you know job descriptions uh you know jaw test different testing we've done you know chemicals that we add elect how we operate the pumps and stuff those are the types of things that we'll be providing to them they'll be evaluating it to see whether they feel that that you know whether there's anything that could be done differently that could provide savings to the

department so well um good um I I remember when we were when we were looking at infom Mo they had come up and took a look at our operations and everything else yep um I think there was some dialogue amongst the staff uh about certain things that they saw that they felt could may could be more efficient and so forth so maybe some of those things will you know come

out on paper and be you know maybe they're already taken those steps already down there but um yeah I think something like that would uh would be beneficial as well so yeah no exactly again and you know I'm in you know I'll be the first one to tell you I'm in it every day dealing with the dealing with everything so there may be things that I don't see yeah you know the old saying you can't

see the trees for the forest because you're you're dealing with it all every day exactly so I'm definitely not opposed to somebody coming in if there is efficiencies we'll try our best to achieve those good all right very good um when's this supposed to start taking place you have any idea uh so I'm looking to have them start kind of ASAP so I would imagine January will be they'll be rolling out what do you

figure is this going to be like a six Monon thing uh there's yeah I I don't think it's going to be that long they're going to be you know I'm looking for a pretty quick turnaround on this on this study for them to be able no is this is this if this was something that was recommended to say by the legislative branch of the city government um is that

where it's going to be directed to uh I expect if they if they you know we'll provide them a copy with the final report if they request um you know any type of presentation I would I'll expect that consultant will will be presenting to this board cuzz you guys are you know this in the in the water board um but if the council wants to hear from them as well beos talk to the council but report

will be provided to them as well okay very good I think that's that's good um 100,000 might be cheap money Y when you consider some of the some of the things that could come out of it without a doubt right very good um okay again gentlemen we need to approve a contract the amount of $100,000 to right pairs to perform a community utilities efficient order which covers the both the Wastewater and the water departments

um the lady that sits over there yeah and uh John's been with us probably anywhere from 12 to 13 years amen years he made 10 years in October 10 10 years okay uh I've always found John to be a um very um personal guy I found him very um very devoted to his job he I I started getting to know John when he was when he came on board and took on the industrial pre-treatment

program and um found him pretty shock and um John's not here but please I want to convey to him uh congratulations and we really appreciate the work he's done for us and U I'm sure we're going to miss him and some sh so please convey those words to me all right for the record as well we will that on all right so all you other guys around here don't think about leaving
