um so you can you can vote to send it wouldn't be we follow the state's bylaw wouldn't that be our bylaw right but the state has fees and we get fees in association with those fees with the formula so I think fees in excess of what the state's bylaw what this Welling protection act allows I think has to be done through our own Municipal byla I don't know the answer
