“On a motion made by Councilor Cadime and seconded by President Ponte, it was voted that the City Council send a letter to formally request that the Mayor attend a future meeting to discuss this matter and provide insight as to why an investigation is not being conducted by the Administration, with Councilor Pereira opposed and Councilor Hart absent and not voting, a copy of which is attached and hereto made a part of these minutes.”
