opportunity to apply for a license in the event that they were interested participating in the um block party okay so nobody has applied though no sir um I spoke uh one restaurant uh they're on vacation right now I spoke to another restaurant yesterday I just felt like it wasn't uh enough time to give them to do that so um through the chair I could be in contact with the licensing

department um in the event that they do want to participate the problem we would run into is we would have to call a special meeting and then put in the newspaper so it isn't easy as just giving us a call when we get together and prove them okay then it be that's have to be it has to be posted that's be POS if we're going to have a special meeting cuz we the the public OB

we can't act on this CU there's no specific license requested what does the letter I don't it just says that it's the people the opportunity to apply right yeah I mean Mr chairman I mean we're pretty open to try to do as much yeah I mean I think the issue becomes with the timing they would have to apply like next week right so I think what we can tell you

let me just look at the count window next week cuz it's the 12 that's a Thursday right the 12th is yeah three so it have to be the week of the 4th I'm not here that week I'm away so you guys could have the special meeting without me but um if you're here I don't know if you guys are around yeah I think if they could file it I mean I mean I

think it would logically be if they could file this if they're going to do I think they would have to file by like next Wednesday at the latest yes that we carry post there right in for what day the 12th of July what would next next next would be the 28th no um when do they have to file by what date did you say no I'm thinking I'm just asking if the 27th because

restaurants on South Main Street the pass they've had them in the front with the Rope off area yes stage in the middle of the stre that's what you got kind of like a it's a EAS it be tougher for I mean I think if you do that as long as it's filed by Wednesday of next week okay that gives her a plenty of time and we could always then you could

here 11:00 a.m. to 2: a.m. the bus is coming down in the morning and our license is until 2: a.m. imag want make sure you can park in the license I just want to make sure the bus can park there and then obviously when when do you think you'd be serving alcohol I mean we usually do entertainment Saturdays it would be in the afternoon maybe 2: to 7 or that's what more we're more concerned

criminal investigation against me that's not completed he has to answer that oh okay it's a criminal investigation that you're named in and it's not completed yet so with respect to the application that's pending before us you've done your you've yes your investigation we still don't have a clear address of where she lives what address did you provide today 5013 North Main Street you have a notorized

have a mobile app I can look it up up and pull open the DMV my address does say 503 with me I mean if you had a they give you a temporary paper one if you have that one I did it online so they don't provide you any print out that says that I didn't print anything but we could go online I can Prov to the detective so go to so we can move you

forward you know I forwarded the notorized document yeah that's fine but he's saying it's not done doesn't have it he do this pred May 29th and as of May 29th you still as an address in suers when did you change it I changed my address June 1st back to 5013 North Main Street after speaking to your supervisor okay yes I did and still comes up as suers do you have anything from the

registry no but I can go online on my mother's phone right now and log into the registry and it will show my address is 5013 North Main that's not going to matter I I just don't understand why you w't go down the registry and provide a document clarifying your what do you mean nobody told me to uh ma'am ma'am you've been here how many times this is your third visit to us correctly this is

my second visit second we've had an address issue correct I'm not too sure you are um I would think the first thing I would do is go directly to the source the DMV right yes and say I need something to provide to the police department that shows where I live not an app not an app not I mean let's let's let's put the cards on the table we've got five addresses here for you and still right

now you haven't really clarified which one is yours five addresses for me five just said 43358 Ry 513 North Main 1317 that's business office there's five addresses for you 513 North Main Street um 55013 North Main Street and she said she went to the registry on June 1st on June 9th she reported to the police um of an incident that her address at that time was 433 Oak Oak grve Avenue apartment 1 yes I

did so what's the reasoning for that why because I'm in the process of moving I bought you Rona know I brought all my stuff to my yeah no no no there's a there's a reason for everything my first application with this licensing board was denied because it said 4 33 Oak grve Avenue let's get to June 1st June 1st okay you changed your address so why on June 9th would you tell I'm still I'm

moving okay so so then why wouldn't you change your address the issue on June 1st was that my sister was dropping more boxes off at my house and I'm saying no because I'm trying to get out of this house and today is the 20th of June yes and the police department still can't clarify your address not our issue but I talked to him two days ago and he still has the same information in the system

he didn't address that with me all he said to me was I just want you to know you're being denied I understand but listen you're not the only person he's dealing within our city and I'm pretty sure he's provided more time than we expect with the most licensed applications in this one so my suggestion would be to after your appearance here you get with him and say how can we get this rectified because

we're not what they finish and then you can talk we can go you talk me talk you talk me talk okay yes go to him afterwards and clarify the address and then you can come back in front of us and then we're in a better spot than we are today than we were 30 days ago right yeah sure okay perfect so I that yeah I mean I'll make a motion and until so do

the address on our application has to message driver's license right and then once that's completed we're all set with that and then it'll be the criminal matter okay can I ask why the criminal matter matters being held against me when the officer validated it wasn't my voice there's no phone number I offered all pH saying the first thing you have to remember you're not the license is

not something you're guaranteed the license is a privilege to have and there were steps to go through and if there's any question you like other people that have come before us for the last 60 years since all of this has been enacted you have to meet certain Criterion and at this point you do not meet that because you don't have a police report that clearly says you are so and so you

live here and that's the end of it there's a question of where your address is whatever your reasoning is for saying what the addresses and I understand there are times when people give addresses for certain reasons whatever you're doing that's your business but to come before us we need a police report that says this is her address it corresponds with the paperwork that she has filed with you so from our standpoint

it's it's fine the issue with the criminal complaint is that if that had happened subsequent you sub subsequent to you getting a license it wouldn't be our concern it concerns us because a possible criminal issue can go to the person's character and moral quality and until that's resolved we have that issue pending before us okay so if that gets resolved in your favor you get the office of what

he's requested you can come back to the board and we'll act on the application and at what point was it requested of me I'm just curious because April's meeting I asked what do I need to present to you guys to be here for May and you guys said you don't need to present anything we'll be in touch with you May's meeting I the day of the meeting I called Carrie

and said why am I not on the agenda because you didn't turn in proof of address I said okay well when was somebody going to tell me that you required it we told you to call the police department I did call the police department I talked to his supervisor he said go online change your address or go to the RV but change your address I've complied I know I've complied that's

fine I didn't bring proof with me okay what's the next situation there's a criminal investigation because allegedly someone left a threatening voicemail on somebody's voicemail and she assumes it's me there's no caller ID there's no my voice wasn't on there but I want you to hear me the story 30 30 days ago though ma'am story you told us the same phone call voicemail it happened May 29th I was not here 30 days

ago whenever you were here last you told us that in up she said that talked about it right but the bottom line is like okay so here here's the bottom line until it isn't our job right to get the address changed to the officer right not not our job it is your job follow up with the police department every day until they get your address corrected I did I emailed him four times so tomorrow go
