So, we're here at the uh Rock Street project for um transitional living or uh an old rooming house that we're renovating, converting courtesy of HUD money. Uh we think this has tremendous potential for some of the neediest people in the city of Fall River. Um we work extremely hard to give them a quality livable spot right here on Rock Street. It was obviously one existing,

but from the work that's going on in there now, it's being completely rehabilitated. Uh there'll be some apartments also on the first floor. Mike Dion, the local CDA director, has spearheaded this group, but he couldn't have done it without the people that joined us today from HUD, uh particularly Ron Curts and his crew.

They came down to tour both one of our parks and this project to see how the money is being spent and making sure that we're taking uh worthwhile care of every dollar that the federal government sends us to help other people in the city of Fall River.
