8:00not myself the goal standard uh in running the chant program under the tenant selection Department we are also rated on our tenants accounts receivable unfortunately we had one resident with a extremely high balance and that's somewhat Associated to um a lawsuit that uh that person was connected to with the state um um there was a settlement and part of it was that balance so we we got we got dinged on that
8:40um our operating reserves which is always the challenge they want a certain level of operating reserves for our three state programs but there's so little money available to get things done uh for those three sites that we often tap into that and it increases um The Reserve amount where they want us to be so but we're we're working on that uh we also got dinged on the um Board of commissioner
9:13training uh we had one completed I know David completed one but it was after the the close out and I think uh you guys are in progress and Jason I don't know where you're at with yours but you'll have to to register and get that completed it's a new requirement now uh that the state want commission is to take this course but other than that um our facilities Department did extremely well
9:44uh I want to acknowledge Ed Todd Jason and all their crew uh we we did a walk through at Maple Gardens inspected some units and they were really impressed no findings under the facilities no findings under the tenant selection and a couple of uh dings under the financial uh part of it uh so overall we did well continue to look at ways to improve and uh be better at that so wanted to fill
