The Fall River Traffic Board convened on September 20, 2023, beginning with the approval of the minutes from the August 16, 2023, meeting. The board then addressed several requests for curb cuts and handicap parking. A curb cut at 711 Pleasant Street was approved. Multiple handicap parking requests were heard, with approvals granted for 156 Stafford Road, 247 Fountain Street, 44 Eddie Street, 134 Forest Street, and 57 Mott Street, often following discussions about the accessibility of existing driveways or garages. A request for 41 Mason Street was tabled until next month to allow a board member to inspect the property, following concerns from the 78-year-old applicant and her friend about a damaged gate preventing driveway use and neighborhood safety. A handicap request for 212 Globe Street was denied because the applicant was not the licensed operator, and the board stated it lacked the authority to make an exception to this rule. During citizen input, an 81-year-old resident and constable requested "no parking between signs" on Coggeshall Street due to difficulty backing out of his driveway, a request that will be reviewed next month. Nelson Rego, a business owner, requested changing a section of Anawan Street (from Water to Pond) to one-way due to safety concerns with two-way traffic, speeding, and issues with large vehicle maneuvers; this item was tabled to allow for outreach to other area businesses. A student from Argosy Collegiate School presented concerns about faded "Children at Play" signs, the need for "autistic signs" on Vale Street, and general pedestrian safety around crosswalks. Another resident added concerns about island driving safety and a misaligned traffic light. Finally, the board approved the rescinding of handicap spots on several streets, including John, Anawan, Roberson, Franklin, Pierce, Ninth, Swindells, Belmont, 16th, Bay, and Jefferson Street. The meeting then adjourned.

0:37motion to approve last month's meeting minutes August 16 2023 motion to approve second oh yeah uh for the record Charlie Denham is not present from the traffic board meeting anyone here for citizen input that's not on the current agenda that wants to be heard okay yeah that's on the agenda though all right first curb cut location 711 Pleasant streets Virginia Department reviewed the application found no issues no
1:22objections the request of this curb cut for the city engineer motion to approve second second and your pose seeing none motion passes all right handicap requests 156 Stafford Road okay let's give a second to review your packet and we'll let you know the same okay
2:15no access to that driveway no unfortunately and there's no parking along that side of the road where it would have to be on the opposite side the southbound side ideally just uh north of Rodriguez Insurance yeah that's right across right yeah not in front of Rodriguez right right right over sure no any objections I got a motion to approve do I have a second second any objections seeing none
3:00all set you should have someone out there within the next couple weeks it takes about 12 weeks for it to all to happen Okay okay any questions in the meantime which nope when they get there if obviously they can't put it right in front of you your address yeah they'll put it to the closest one to the front door of the property okay
3:3241 Mason Street right
3:57can't use a driveway right you can't use the driveway
4:07so the gate doesn't open to the driveway it doesn't swing swinging if I have to I have to lift it up it scrapes on the ground you own the house man yes you do 78 years old she still works she comes home late at night
4:41that's not the opening we've been on that building 47 right 47.
4:53you got a property owner yes I understand the gays and you know just disrepair and it's dragging along the concrete and I don't know what the deal is as far as repairing it or anything but is just removal of the gate an option so that it's just an open driveway I couldn't have an open driveway because then they come in and they knock on the windows so they go through the windows of the building
5:19I couldn't leave them open it's not the best building if you have a dog that she puts on oh my God yeah so I'll just explain it real quick and I hope this answers anybody else's questions that's here um on the agenda as well so when we look at these okay there's specific criteria there's specific criteria that um is required to be eligible for a handicap space in front of your house along the
5:50public way okay I have yeah no it has nothing to do with your medical history whatever your deemed handicapped or disabled or injured or whatever it is that's your business that has no bearing on anything we have the requirements would be right one are you a licensed operator two is there a vehicle you're using three do you have a handicap placard okay once those are satisfied we start looking at
6:15the property itself are you the homeowner and do you have access to a driveway if you have those things it doesn't meet the criteria for a parking space along the public way okay okay there's only parking on one side of the street and there's my house there's another house there's like two six families and I swear one of them have six cards right okay when I get home there's no place to hop
6:44sometimes I have to pack the chocolate box there's nothing there yeah again I can 100 appreciate what you're saying and I get how the the city's laid out with some of the multi-families on tight streets and tight neighborhoods but like I said the criteria is if you have access to a driveway which you do have access it's just for whatever you know situation you might find yourself in at
7:10this point you're unable to repair it or remove it or anything the only thing that's preventing you from having access to that driveway is currently your your own situation you know what I mean I'm not trying to downplay the fact that the the gate itself is damaged or is giving you a hard time to open yeah because the people banging into it right right but I mean you guys have
7:35the property you know the owner you know property does have your driveway that is accessible all right so um what is the definition accessible means you can put a car in there so what if you put a fence that just went straight across is it a driveway that is on the property there's no driver it's a yacht it's not like a driveway not a paved driveway yeah grass that's well just so you're for your
8:10reference I'm looking at black and white photo here so it looks paved to me is it a curbed cut entrance onto your property yeah and it looks like behind it correct me if I'm wrong there's a garage there okay been there for a long time they haven't had the money to fix it up can't even open against uh they'll do us to go on the garage and put this whole folding ones
8:36I never been in the garage somebody could be living there forever so to answer you a question right um the surface of it I was under the assumption it was a hard top you're telling me it's grass you have a curb cut here you have a clear opening and then behind it is a structure she said it's been there for years it is clearly what would one would call a a garage
9:03whether or not it's in disrepair at this point or not or an oversized shed you still have access to off street parking at that property if this house was already a straight fence and it was that way for years and it just happened that there was a curb cut there and I would say yeah you know that's probably not what the intent was for it yeah we used to use it all the time
9:28that's to my point you know what I mean um I can't lift those games what we're going to do is I'm gonna do a roll call and the board will make a decision on it but I just wanted to be clear certain criteria are yep yep yep and they get it no problem when we have a couple of things we have to discuss it actually my issue 70 years old it has trouble walking around
9:52she does not have access to that yeah and she just doesn't she couldn't open that up if she was it but I come out if it was in working order would it would she be able to do it
10:10she works and she has to go home she goes only one day a week yeah I think I'm working seven no no hey good for you but because I'm gonna be a trump I know exactly what Sergeant's saying because you have the driveway and then you have the gate that's supposed to open to a uh to a yard to get your car India that has the metal things that go on the ground like
10:34so things so if it was it When anybody would always always say no you know but if you're not using that at all I I just don't I don't know what to say but I really don't that's because it's there you know accessibilities you live right she has nowhere to go out right I hear you sir and I would just say that in looking at the public way and throwing a
11:02handicap sign up on a public way that eats up a spot of parking which would be accessible to anybody um in the air fairness or just I mean overall equality it would almost be unfair to chew up a public spot when someone does have access to something but they just can't upkeep it so that's where why they put those guidelines around it saying if you have a b or c those are automatic
11:31disqualifiers it's been years since I've gone no and I understand and guys I hope you understand this is not something we're just making up on the cuff here these have been rules that set in place we just kind of got basically and that's why put her out there for two two hours and that's why you guys come here you pitch your case and we'll do the hello okay property taxes she still live luckily sure
12:02if that house if your house was taken away right now she would after the one uh eight to hit something you'd have to get a section maybe you have a roommate because extension anything else you want to add before we give the right story when I try to pull one over you and he was just giving you the story that's what it is what it is have you made an attempt to fix the gate
12:34it's just it's that difficult to that difficult in your position right now to open thousand dollars a month nothing I can do yeah can I work up one day if it was fixed would you be able to open it yeah okay and if it goes on the wheels sometimes it's easier to roll there's no wheel so you would need a wheel to make it easier for you yes I understand
13:12I know the weight of the gate is it something that you can attempt to have fixed no no have you gotten prices for anything or I have a lot of other things to fix before yeah get rid of the car you wouldn't need the we have a couple options here if everyone would like to make it a recommendation on this or or is set on this one way we can go around the table
13:36or if anybody wants to make a motion to table this for next month and uh I can go out there and take take a look at this and see the table second motion a table second in any opposed seeing none we're going to table this till next month it'll give me a chance to go out there and just put eyes on on this property and see for myself what kind of disarrays I mean I'll get
14:00involved I don't I'm not even related because it's just a very very good friend to ask for my assistant so so I'll also go down and take a look and see if something can be done if it can't be done but like I said I gotta be honest with you I am not going to open those gates at night I am not you're not able to or you're not going to do it because of the neighborhood
14:23at night in front of that building there's four five six guys with a big long Pike smoking I am not wow that's that's a little bit different than the story we just heard before yeah it was a little bit different than not being able to function the gate as a public safety type of thing but it is you're safe I understand that but that is definitely not something that's on the criteria for issuing so I understand
14:48so we didn't bring that up but it's something that you need to for next month if you guys want to come next month all right uh 247 Fountain Street thank you thank you yeah well done
15:31another driveway you can't use that driveway next to your house all it belongs to the other buildings here they called the tow truck having cards
15:59anybody see any answers with this property motion to approve motion to approve the second any opposed seeing none motion passes all set man
16:2044 Eddie Street all sorts of special
16:50yoga try for you
17:04they're here that you can treat you oh this one here just yeah is that the woman right there in white oh that one there yeah you can't use these driveways none of these driveways belong to your house
17:34anyone have any issues with this property you are a tenant correct yeah
17:46motion Fortune to approve a second any opposed seeing none all set thank you always wait for you before 134 Forest Street
18:18right wait again
18:37can't use driveways right can't use a driveways it's what cemented oh and you are the tenant of that house
19:01I have no issues with this one we have a motion for number five Washington improve second second any opposed seeing none motion passes all set man 57 Mott Street hello this is house was this Dino basaro's house no it's got the little garage but that was Gino just because that was Gino vasaro's house a few the other ones that bought the house yeah
19:53I don't know how you can't even get a car in that garage I know you kill him absolutely cannot get a car in that garage there's a garage door you can't get a car in there I know your cat
20:12so you own this house you own the house yeah so did you hang it's very small do you have another driver's license to set as an address of New Bedford yeah yeah you have it
20:43I live right behind you I can see your house from my porch I'm on a corner of Foster and Niagara so I can see your house on my porch so the vehicle doesn't fit in that garage I'm sorry oh it's a terrible term that that I know personally you couldn't get it go too narrow it's built for a bicycle yeah so that coming from Helen we know I do have a motion for number six
21:13motion to approve second any opposed seeing none all set sir okay thank you very much okay uh 212 Globe Street hello yeah you guys applied a month or so ago
21:51has anything changed since the last application
22:05form that I received
22:36all right okay so I mean I know we had a conversation I vaguely remember having this conversation last time and again like you guys heard me talk before about the specific criteria and everything else it's not the issue that um she's expected to walk long distances like that like if you're at the park six car lengths away um it's for the operator who has the handicap placard two parked
23:05there if you are a specific caretaker and you're using their placket to tote them around bring them to A or B wherever it is the way they look at it is okay she can't walk long distances you're parked far away you come out getting the car loop around the block parked in front of the house so they can come out you know what I'm saying while I'm going around the block so she
23:33has a seizure of balls I'm supposed to do that she's under 24 hour yes that's not annotated so that's why I would make that argument you know what I'm saying
23:53you can't park in that spot while she's not in the car so you can't read the cop here she has to be in the car foreign yeah you live the handicap placard right if you are a licensed operator and you have the vehicle okay it's just the parking and if I fall he's responsible for me I can't see it like I told you last night and I'm not gonna I'm just I'm
24:27just fighting my case one more time sure there's new residents too on top there's trucks I need to talk in front of myself
24:44I'm not gonna fall because the city is saying my caretaker has survival which you drove around that street I know you have you must have because you're going to make an opinion on it but it is obviously working I don't know what else to say is if we could give everybody a pocket space I know it would be great but unfortunately it's the facts that we're staying you know so we feel bad we
25:24absolutely do is it the city's fault no these are the rules that we have to follow you know can't break rules for one and not break rules for the other we open up a can of worms yeah I personally I can say I'm sorry I just have to have when it comes to making exceptions it would have to do if if there is a driveway or a garage on the property but it clearly is not
25:52fit uh would not fit a regular sized motor vehicle or the driveway is only five feet long where if you were to park in the driveway the back end of the car is sticking onto the curb you know I mean so those are where we can make exceptions but certain things it doesn't give us the ability to make exceptions and one of them is the very top one first first rule would be if you're not
26:16a licensed operator you're not going to be eligible exactly that's not one that there's an exception to be made so does your landlord you said there's a driveway nobody named it so why Why can't your landlord because the years you let give it give you an exception for you to use that if you're that sick because then they they'll they'll I don't know right everything is charged right you go to storage right
26:45they charge you 25 right to park there you can't the sun only goes there when you cut the grass he's the only one that can park how many cars can he park in that driveway there is no it's not a driver it's crap I see right are you I thought you had said driveway that's why it's curb clubs right okay I just want to be clear like I said when it comes to
27:15this board having the ability to make ex exceptions we do as long as they fall within certain criteria like I tried to explain the
27:36the city because my my caretaker wasn't allowed to be with me at the time so I busting my head open what do I do I got a cat in the city of a landlord because I will I'm not going to fall without my caretaker again when I went out I'm not sure so do you use that I'm sorry so many times do you use that card alone sometimes
28:01do you sir yes I do he does and who does someone stay with her okay so if if you go out and do an errand with her and put the plaque on and if you go into CVS or something and she doesn't get out of the car where do you park okay okay yeah those are the the rules of the the placard which appears you already know how they work which is great um
28:40you know I don't fault you for that I would never understand absolutely I don't regret you for any of that
29:10does he have a handicap placard no just you yeah yeah so again I back to the same position unfortunately that's the one area where one of the areas this board this board doesn't have the authority to make that exemption okay so again I apologize that's okay motion to the night a second second any opposed seen none denied sorry guys
29:51sir were you here for citizen input what are you guys here for were you here for um draft what what Tower we haven't got it yet so the request the request was received too late in order to put it on the agenda so you can discuss it during citizen input if you'd like to do that would you like to do that okay once the agenda is posted though we can't add anything onto the agenda so if
30:26it was already posted you can discuss it you want to discuss it you want to discuss it German citizen input is it your placard sir are you requesting it no no the problem oh it's a problem it's not a handicap oh okay fire away what do we got at 475 College Street for over 50 years and I don't know how I haven't backed into a car I believe in my driveway yes
30:59but I've come close on a number of occasions I got it I had a picture in that I would I've submitted with the written notice do you have a picture yeah now that that image and everything will come in for the next packet but just if you want to give me a quick synopsis of what your issue I was looking to get the uh no parking between signs uh and both neighbors I spoke to are
31:27willing to go along with that one was Mr Moniz who lives at 480. right opposite me he has a lawn with sprinklers and he was hoping that they wouldn't put a sign in the ground because of the sprinklers or whatever he mentioned something about the environmental with the trees there's a couple of trees there he thought maybe it might kill the tree if they put science on the tree there's a couple of
31:54utility posts there that would be very possible so you want to have a No Parking yes between signs and that would be just before your driveway it would be behind my driveway across the street property I see what you say ing like I said the parking here all the time and I don't know how Avenida car I'm still working at 81 I'm in Constable work for the courts yeah and yes and uh
32:29it's I I really don't know how I haven't hit a car I really know you're a good driver well I was very good but as you get older you lose a little reflex and whatever okay um thank you for the heads up on it one we'll get the packet uh next month and we'll be able to okay review it and we'll find a good side all right thank you thank you have a good one see
32:58you next month see you next month bye it's Rose
33:18The Rose
33:26I made that phone call all right that wraps that up uh miscellaneous requests 28 anawan Street
33:43request to change traffic pattern on anna1 from water to Pond yes um my name is uh Nelson Rego I we have a business at 28 anawan Street since May um in a retail shop uh Paul prayer is the property manager at of the building at 28 Hanuman Street and since May I've um observed a few close calls with people driving on the wrong side of N1 because when they come from Water Street
34:15onto N1 they see the satellite of Broadway and you see cars on both sides of the street so they assume it's a one-way Street all the way up because right now from Water Street the pond is two ways from pond to Broadway is a one-way and there's been a lot of close calls I'm coming out of pond making a right on to anwan and there's a car coming the wrong way on my lane of travel
34:41we actually brought this up at the waterfront Cultural District meeting and Laura Alfredo was there and the captain from the police department and they thought it was a good idea and to bring this up at this board um because if we make it a one way it's gonna be much safer but for traffic right now especially at night and with people who not are familiar with the area there's a lot of festivals and fees
35:09being done at the gates of the city then you have to a City Brewery and then you have also the narrow Center so there's a lot of especially the week in the weekends there's a lot of people out of town so it's become an issue that um there's been very close calls where people are driving on the wrong way they've yelled at me like no I'm on my travel Lane you
35:28need to go on the other side the city has tried to re-strike the street but everybody ignores the stripes and then uh and people just speed up at the streets so I spoke with the owners at Troy City Brewery Mike and Keith and they um agree on having that on being a one-way as well so anyone uh 28n1 is an empty Mill for a long time but now there's a yoga studio there a baseball
35:55company good clothing is their gift shop and my business a web development company and as they developed the second third floor there will be more traffic in that area yeah um another issue that I find very concerning also it's number one it's kind of a narrow Street into a lot of tractor trailers just want to sit there and want to take a right to go out to go to 195. yeah I got some pictures
36:20of vehicles that Park very close to the fire uh to the fire hydrants on both sides so attractive trailers like 20 minutes sure I'm trying to even take the turn and stuff like that but when the tractor trailer is trying to come out and take a right and there's cars coming down the other end there's cars parked on the right all those cars have to back up I've seen them back up many times
36:40just to allow the tractor trailer to get by yeah that area is actually a horse actually hasn't come up and if it's in one way before going that way the driver gets out on the driver's side on the sidewalk you know what I mean uh so it becomes safer we're not losing mirrors like we do like the last two and I got a new truck I hope it doesn't happen to that one anyway
36:59um I I just think it's saver uh safer for pedestrians uh especially every car has a driver so we know they get out on a sidewalk that number one and there is no room for two cars to go by there's always a slowing down of traffic and again if a truck's coming up either down or up it causes a little bit of congestion and there's no reason why they can't take a left from Pond Street
37:22to anawan to go right to the highway which you've got signs up there in like what are you saying cars are coming from Broadway and going down they're coming up Pond Street okay uh let's start with yeah Water Street would be coming up if we make that one way the vehicles come out of pond Street won't be taking a right they'll be taking a left yeah okay them taking the right
37:40causes a big problem so palm tree is kind of a two-way and it can be a two-way there's no reason on one side of the street the side with the there's only parking on one side of the street that's correct uh there was parked on two sides of the street but there'd be nothing there'd be no tractor Trails going by and we do get a lot of tractor trailers there but they can't be taken a
37:58right there because it becomes a problem with the trees there on top of it those those are low-lying trees you know many times I've cleaned up some of the branches that have come off but it just doesn't make sense there's no reason why vehicle has to take a right to go where it's not like they can take a right after that to go to up the battleship way you know by The Bachelor because
38:17it's a one way down uh so it's to me it's just as far to move that when they come out of pound Street for the factory which uh is uh 104 they would just take a left to go to either you know onto 79 north or south or straight up there's no no other reason to try to get 195 when you can get it yeah I completely agree I think that's
38:40I'm surprised it hasn't been brought up before and the fire hydrants I'm sorry I didn't mean to cut you off sir another you mentioned these other businesses but we spoke to Mr Norton I I haven't had a chance to speak to Patrick but I spoke with the kid and Mike their own Grocery and they they agreed it should be our own way Lula do absolutely yeah yeah oh absolutely parking would be great you'd
39:07just come out right afterwards no matter what you're only going to park in One Direction yeah you know there's no part I'm not trying to eliminate parking I'm trying to actually you know create a safer parking spot because every car again has a driver I agree with you guys I think this makes a lot of sense and I think it would help make things a lot safer the only thing
39:26on the table this one for next month so that no we can reach out to all the area businesses the potential traffic change and see if there are any other concerns that they weren't able or unaware to come home most definitely yeah so you just had the streets shut downtown Troy City Heather yeah they do which is great yeah at that I don't care about that I love you yeah motion to
39:49table this one so we can contact you again what is Pond Street upon Street's the street in between uh Patricia Todd's Mill and my Mill put me up 104 and 128.
40:04so you know where the that red hens yeah right we're connected to the Narrows so the opposite side that is correct we're connected to it so Choice city is used in our um oh spot there no exactly yeah yeah so it's that Mill that's connected to Narrows now there's a Street between us and 104 which belongs to Patricia Todd that is Ponce no I know what it is okay motion to uh table this table all right
40:30second any opposed all right gentlemen we're going to table this one all right uh if you don't mind I was gonna throw something in there near the fire hydrants right there people just parking there and that causes a problem for everybody yep that one is pretty simple that one we can take care of if you see someone parking there just give us a call give the police department a call and they're gonna
40:54shoot someone down there and they'll be able to start tagging it I know that doesn't sound like a permanent fix yeah but once we start tagging guys hopefully the words out there exactly yeah awesome well I hear you like that's the best you can do I understand see I mean putting aside saying hey don't park here there's a fire hydrant there's really no more effective than that probably a two or three foot tall
41:15red fire yeah I just feel bad because I ended up taking pictures of trunks just trying to take the corner and they can't just because people need to park there quick phone call to the station hey yeah you send someone by everything I understand sir okay thank you thank you next uh Argosy Collegiate School concerns for a student about intersection at dwelly and Vale come on down oh boy
41:54what do we got the floor is yours
42:05um I'm gonna try to remember um I got this was like an eighth grade project so I don't remember all of it um so the intersection on dwelling and Vale okay um so the children's um like the children at Play sign is like Wicked small you can't even like realize it's there until you like actually walk by the sign you're actually looking up because I didn't know it was there for like three
42:34years if you've been there for like four and um someone's been like hit there before um I babysit her and he was walking across the street to go say hi to her friend and she got hit by a car because they were on my phone and like I feel like if they would have seen like a slow children's side facing like hold on I'm tired you're doing good take
43:05your time so I feel like if they would have been able to see the slow children's sign they would have been able to um pay attention slow down yes sorry I'm tired I had school today I don't have any of those things that go in the middle of the street the kid are you talking about the flashing lights yeah yeah we are working on getting those at all of the schools
43:32right now yeah um it's the flashing light though Crossing child sign so we are working on getting those at every crosswalk at the intersections of this I see you guys all have the letter I wrote yes so I got your children at Play sign at dwellianville is one of your concerns what else you got for us
43:55I'll see them like some of them are faded in the city I don't know like exact roads right now because like this is only like part of my project so I don't know all of it I'm not even happy um we need autistic signs on Vale street because we have our next door neighbors have an autistic a few optimistic um children and my brother's autistic and sometimes he'll Bolt um oh Globe Five Corners I don't know
44:36I don't know what I've really wrote but like if that's the disasters or maybe like um in Canada they have like things that like go up and they would show where the um crosswalks are but there's also things that they do on that Bristol Aggie like next to the street lights they'll show um neck that there's Crossing because we cross the street for different things I feel like something to show awareness
45:02that there's a crosswalk there field pedestrians I don't know what I said I will know people I was not really prepared for this doing a good job it's not what I heard a couple of months ago I was told you're ready to come here and uh lay it on everybody did stay up late last night and I like have more like papers somewhere the bus made it very close so yeah
45:37but I guess that's pretty much it for now okay okay I might come back another time because she wanted we're working on the signs for people who were walking because a lot of people who can't afford cars and stuff and so when I was little we used to walk everywhere even then in the snow I was like um hold on 14. when when you were little yeah I mean like really oh okay yeah
46:09I'm teasing you that's very nice if you're thinking about the autistic I like following we do a lot to include people like not a lot of cities do that you guys are already doing very good I think so okay thank you thank you thank you very much in that same area it's my printer or anything we're having a rough week I'm wondering about yes yes you know Crossing on the proper side
46:43of the island we live by Fiesta and then behind Dollar Tree my children crossed there my dentist is right there okay it makes me nervous so if not if the Palmer Street I believe the reason the arrows are there my friend was the one that got sideswicked there years ago so that's the only Island that has the arrows and if not could we put a simple sign like this so that people know oh I should
47:06have my driver's Windows facing the person next to me I mean I tell all my friends oh I'm learning to drive please just learn how to drive by the islands please I don't wanna I don't want to be hitting your head on you know what I mean or it's like if I see someone with their blinker up there I'll be first because I don't want to get stuck here and get rear-ended I get
47:23on this side before you get over here so you know this is important I need to be because it's you know and then Pleasant Street and pleasant and Eastern Avenue yeah the light actually the green light actually that's facing for Pleasant Street by the barassi towards that way is actually visible and I almost went so I said oh let me take a picture of this real quick but yeah and basically
47:46it's cancer you mean yeah it's slightly tilted so I wasn't sure I flashed real quick when it changed and I almost went but my neighbor the dog the little girl's father uh this little girl that got hit on um dwelly had said he works at Gold Medal I'm trying to get he didn't know we were doing this so just try to get some things that he noticed he said there's a playground down there
48:04somewhere Bay Street or something but he said there's like no crosswalks down there and I think I noticed the other day when I took my son to cuss there's really no place for the kids to cross down there unless they want to walk blocks you know so I don't know about I didn't travel all Bay Street but I was down between Kennedy and Chase Street so I was in that area and so I don't
48:27know where else he's talking about we'll get some pictures I guess but it's just I guess he said that there's a player he's down there a lot and he's like I'm driving and he's like I wouldn't even know that there's a playground I wouldn't know that there's a house I don't know if it's okay though yeah he said he works at Gold Medal he said it's down by his job so it might be there or
48:44it might be Avid Court area too I can ask him but those are the only two playgrounds I can think of would be down by Bay Village Sunset Hill or up by like Abbott but I don't know which way he comes down he lives right there next to us really unveils so he comes down dwelly and he might go all the way down to Bay or he may not I'm not sure
49:01which way he goes but I'll look more we're trying but yeah this is the biggest thing that I've been having issues with all over the city is the the island driving like I wasn't even taught how to drive around an island like this I learned on my own it wasn't part of my driving thing so I don't know but that's my case so okay but yeah thank you I appreciate you guys thank you thank you
