12:23part of the legislature that in fact guarantees that today I bring greetings from my colleagues who could not be here uh but I'd like to read today the citation uh presented by the governor a proclamation whereas on the 6th of June 1944 Allied Forces launched the largest Seaborn invasion in history known as D-Day and whereas The Valor sacrifice and determination of the Allied troops on the beaches of Normandy France
