So until you did this today, you weren't supposed to be operating that unless you had an operating agreement because it was still under their

Yeah. No matter what you you um that had to be transferred. So we we got everything. We got um the bill of sales, we got operating agreement, we got everything registered, worker comps, liability under Tiso Paradise. So the gentleman was using Tiso Paradise was never registered. So, no, I'm just saying in order to operate that restaurant, if you say you went in there in November, and I'm not giving you a

hard time about this. I'm just trying to let you know. Absolutely. You needed to have that for you to operate, you needed to have that common eviction put in your name. You couldn't operate under his license. You can't do that. Okay.
