40:03the 500 which attracts a little bit more people okay but it's been it's been slow so with this all this pandemic before and everything else i i guess i circle back to the fact that and again i'm not sure if exposure is the right word um and i'm not suggesting anything nefarious going forward um we don't have an attorney relegated to this board and i would like to see something in writing from the city's
40:35corporation council at least not having any sort of an impediment or a reason to oppose this particular approval of the application now that's just again that's one member i'm following you as the chairman the license was granted correct it's been used properly there were no outstanding show cause hearings for this non-profit they opened in the middle of the pandemic they're trying to operate now people have left
