hi good evening everybody uh Fred TV we're ready to ready to go I'd like to open up uh my name's Tim McCoy I'd like to open up this meeting of the Fall River licensing board it is is it is Tuesday December 19th 5:00 um going to open up by reading the open meeting law pursuant to the open meeting law any person may make an audio or video recording of this public meeting or may transmit the meeting

through any media attendees are therefore advised that such recordings or Transmissions are being made whether perceived or unperceived by those present and they are deemed acknowledged and permissible the city Charter section 9-18 mandates that all multiple member bodies develop and adopt rules or policies for public comment we have adopted such a policy uh which in short provides for Citizens input on licensing

board specific matters at the beginning of the meeting there's a signup sheet uh located in the back of the room additionally additionally one more announcement um our colleague uh retired officer Mike perea could not be here tonight so uh as a declaration to everyone with matters before the board tonight please be advised that they are only two members present myself and Miss cadero uh and at that's um as part of

our three- member board if you choose to go forward this evening it must be unanimous decision uh on the issue you're here for if you choose so you may table your own matter to the next scheduled licensing board meeting which is on Wednesday January 17th 2024 at 5:00 all right item 1A uh public SL citizens input if anyone has signed up to speak on an agenda matter you can come forward seeing nobody uh we'll move

permit uh the organization of St Michael School the date of the event February 3rd the time being 7 to 11 and it does say on your application and supporting documents Premier fundraising event your 12th annual wine and appetizer tasting correct correct chair would entertain a motion I will make a motion to approve the one-day permit for St Michael's School for February 3rd 2024 motion made

have pictures here looks like we have some sort of a pong table game if minus the alcohol minus the alcohol so I don't know if you need anything to or if you choose to further identify what the game is it's simply a table game that's going to be located at the Belmont Club um Miss aash has been working with uh corporation councel uh I believe this is going to be in a room and it's unrelated

to any sort of alcohol game or anything like that it's going to be in the room with the musicians play the Belmont Club has a room designated with the baby grand piano just for musicians and this is going to take place in that room very well very well so the chair would uh entertain a motion to approve the amusement application uh I'll make a motion to approve the Amusement application for the Belmont Club motion

how often are you on site Roland during the week uh right now I'm about 45 hours a week okay very very good so I'm assuming a few hours every day I understand it might not be exactly one time to another but yeah I'm there Monday nights Mondays I'm there Fridays almost all day because of deliveries and stuff like that but and I know Sundays or whatever you haven't you make an appearance typically every on a daily

change did you give me a copy of that I know you have a copy but did I get a copy you sp the right but I won't know I wouldn't know if the name changed it would necessarily ring with me what I'll do when you come in to pick this up I'll get a copy of that and we go from there okay that's okay that's all right um okay so uh so you have been in operation

this year calendar year 2023 as an RNC okay uh so um why I suggestion to the board why don't we uh uh consider a motion on this matter with the caveat caveat that the legal P paperwork uh changing the name all is uh is given to miss um Miss aash are you comfortable with oh I'm totally comfortable with okay so maybe with the the condition of the updated uh legal DBA
