this is a meeting of the Fall River Commission on disability is Wednesday March 12th 2025 um and I'll just go pursuant to the open meeting law any person may make any audio or video recording of this public meeting or may transmit the meeting through any medium attendees are there are therefore advised that such recordings or Transmissions are being made whether perceived or unperceived by

Katy Driscoll yes okay thank you um updates um I don't the only a update I have on Ada is beginning May 1st the new uh Ada for the coming fiscal year Improvement Grants will be made available starting May 1st and I have I had forwarded a copy of that notice to our Ada coordinator otherwise that's the only update I have um today anything on policies for our vice chair um at this time I have no update

okay um uh next is the budget report which is the finance which is the budget report for March 2025 um and those should have been distributed and on scholarship um I have I just want to tell everybody that um there will be six schools participating this year here um and they are Fall River residents and the the schools are dery diamond arasy Atlantis Bishop Stang and Bristol agricultural um high school and we have

heard from three recipients already um with their full information uh and the event is on Saturday May 3rd 2025 uh and it will be at McGovern's Restaurant and um we're in the process of just finalizing everything but um I can tentatively tell you it's definitely going to be Saturday May 3rd but I can tentatively tell you that it will be at 11:00 a.m. but we still have to finalize
