Member Michael Prair is not present today and I am the chairman attorney Greg Brilliant. I just let everybody know because we only have a two member board. Anybody who wants to withdraw their petition today, they can and be have it heard or table that petition, I should say, till the next

meeting because tonight you need, you know, unanimous vote.

So if anybody wants to withdraw or table I should say they can let me know now and you don't have to wait around otherwise we'll move forward with the uh with the agenda.

Okay. Uh open meeting pursued to the open meeting where any person may make an audio or video recording of this public meeting and may transmit the meeting to any media. Attendees are therefore advised that such recordings of transmission are being made whether perceived or unpersceived by those present and are deemed acknowledged and permissible. City Charter section 9-18 mandates that all multiple me bodies

develop and adopt rules or policy for public comment. We have adopted such a policy which in short provides for citizens input on license and board specific matters at the beginning of the meeting. There is a sign a signup sheet located in the back. Do you have anything and I watch nobody sign up?

Uh, bank 5 is asking the board to approve a pledge of the liquor license as collateral for the promisary note that was dated June 19th, 2025.

I see in here that Mr. Primo has signed everything. So, obviously him being the owner who's going to be doing is in agreement with everything. Correct.

He is. And I can report to the board that I had him sign everything at the closing with me.
