So um he's had uh more than a decade of restaurant experience. His father operated a family-owned restaurant in Cape Fed for about 40 years. Came to America uh and ad operated the restaurant there with his mom for about 10 years before coming to America. Uh
11:47he's been working in construction stra uh trades specifically for the purpose of saving up to open up a restaurant.
11:53So for the most part, you're just changing over the offices and directors of the LLC as well as naming him manager. Correct.
