Um, I'll second that motion. Uh, all those in favor? All those opposed?

21:50

Um, next it's new business, old business.

21:57

A um we received a letter. It's open meeting law complaint by Mr. Patrick Higgins. We received a letter um basically this is it when we when we advertised it. We did not advertise the specific days they wanted and then they came in and asked for additional days.

22:14

That technically is in violation. Um I don't think we have to refer this to to um I don't think we have to refer this to the sixth floor. I'll get I'll get the letter together and we can just send it out to both Mr. Higgins and we should be fine. I've already had a conversation with Mr. Higgins about it, so we'll take it from there. Um, that's all. We just

22:32

had to discuss it. Um, B, schedule a show cause hearing. As I previously stated, um, we've gotten some complaints and requests for show cause hearings from the Force Department uh, on two two establishments. Um, one is the Ice Ice Out Pub, 16 East Main Street, Crystal D Roa, and the other is at Lennard's Package Store, 1325 Pleasant Street, Turan, um, Bolindas PEL. Um, so what we're going to do is we're going to

23:03

obviously accept those those requests from the police department because we have to support, you know, uh, public safety here and and they feel very strongly that these should be brought before the board and they will make full presentations. We're likely going to have that um on December 23rd tenatively. Um but uh it will be we will put a uh the uh proper posting uh for that meeting. And um I just want to say

23:27

that uh what's what we just have to have some zero tolerance with these type of things now. It's it's it's really it's really becoming a public safety issue that we really do have to address. So but we will give these people the opportunity to be here and speak for themselves in terms of what has transpired. But there will be show cause hearings on both those establishments tentatively

23:48

scheduled for December 23rd. And at that time we will also address whether we're going to renew their licenses or not based on what um the presentations at.

23:57

Um anything else is St. Michael school on your agenda for today?

24:06

We did St. Michael's last month I thought for the wine tasting 2026.

24:11

It's not on the agenda. When did you submit it?

24:14

It was submitted months ago by Shaina Lubo.

24:18

Well, she was here last month though.

24:20

She said she was she did not address the wine tasting.

24:23

When is the event?

24:24

The March 7th, 2020.

24:26

We got plenty of time.

24:27

Well, why didn't she mention it though?

24:29

Wasn't there a meeting that no one showed for and we were confused by it?

24:32

Yeah, we got Yeah, I just wanted to make sure cuz she said it was going to be heard today.

24:37

That's why I'm here.

24:38

I wasn't aware.

24:39

Well, can you Is there even an application? No, I I don't I'm sure there's I mean, she was here and we we addressed everything she wanted. So, she never said there was another pending application.

24:48

Okay.

24:48

Months ago.

24:49

I had applications coming in like Fast and Furious. And I know, but she's saying months ago.

24:55

That that couldn't be right. Shane has been here twice. We had a special meeting for one of the dinners.

25:00

Mhm.

25:01

All right.

25:01

We held for her and last month she was here and got a number of dates and this wasn't one of them. I don't I don't think I can't remember them to be completely honest, but I will look in the computer and they can go to the January meeting.

25:14

That's not Yeah, we have plenty of time. But yeah, see just check to see if she did.

25:18

What would the date be, ma'am, if you don't mind?

25:19

That's okay. March 7th.

25:21

Yeah, she told me it was going to be heard today and that's why I'm here.

25:24

I mean, she already drank some of the wine.

25:28

Well, that's another subject on this, but it's it's not on the agenda.

25:34

Okay. And that just puzzles me a little bit because Shaina was here last month and she got a number of dates. Not just one, she got a number of dates.

25:43

Yeah.

25:43

So, I don't know why this woman.

25:45

She said that she covered all the parish events, but she never mentioned anything about the wine tasting event.

25:51

Just see if it's there cuz I don't She defin I don't know.

25:54

Sorry.

25:55

No, that's okay. I waited cuz I wasn't sure when it would, you know, somewhere in the agenda when it was going to be heard, but I waited. Is it for future?

26:04

There's agenda upstairs.

26:06

Oh, there is.

26:06

Yeah, I would have asked. I wasn't sure if it was something else over there.

26:10

There's nothing else, right?

26:12

Motion to agenda. A motion. I'll second that motion.

26:15

Thank you. Appreciate it.

26:16

All those in favor? I
