1:43Uh this petition was previously tabled at our last meeting on November 19th uh at the request of the board for some uh uh modifications and corrections on the uh on the recording information book and page.

2:03All right. So, as we went over last time, the purpose of this plan is to combine all lots and parcels into one.
2:08Um, this plan received a variance and a special permit to convert the existing structure into 68 apartments. Um, as requested by the board, the changes have been made to the reference legal reference numbers and ETSs have been provided to you as well. We believe this plan should be awarded in person.
