1:49Hi. Yes, I am.
1:51Good afternoon.
1:53All right. What do we got?
1:55All right. Um, I did the inspection on Friday. Um, she passed the inspection.
1:59It's a brand new buildout the shop. Uh, it's a one one woman shop and uh, she's pretty much ready to go. She's tattooed in the past that up in flames. So, she's been tattooing for a few years and she's pretty much ready to go.
2:13Okay, gentlemen. Any questions?
2:17No.
2:19Okay. We We'll need a motion to request the approval for tattoo establishment.

3:34Thank you very much.
3:35Good luck.
3:36Okay. Thank you.
3:38Next, we have the request for a variance for the keeping of chickens. Bonsi mule, if that's correct. If not, I apologize.
3:4645 Niagara Street, Fall River. Who's presenting? Faust.
3:51Yes.
3:53Okay. So, Mr. Mule, and I and I did never ask him how to pronounce his name.
3:57It's my bad. Um, like many of our uh current permit holders, had chickens before we realized it was a regulation. Uh we were made aware of it because he was keeping a couple of roosters there. He's gotten rid of the roosters. I checked uh double checked on that today. Uh it is about 20 birds. I'd say maybe a little bit shy of that. Um so uh he's got everything in place. He's
4:22got the uh the stimulators contract. So that was the purpose of the site visit today, just to verify that on the ground. Um he's got uh a uh a trash cart style um bin for the storage of feed.
4:37Those are considered rat proof. That's that's why Fall River uses them.
4:41Um the coupe itself is in a garage bay.
4:45He's got several garages in in the back and that's where he's keeping the chickens. He does have a um a separate run and a and a small area around that that's fenced in for the chickens. Um, I I didn't ask him how he got them from the coupe to the run because I didn't want to know. I know that seems like it's a lot of work to get him there. Um,
5:05but they all looked uh they all looked happy and healthy. Um, and he's he's ready to roll as well.
5:13Uh, we did Oh, I should mention because you're going to ask me, this is a first for me. We did not get any comments at all. We didn't get any written correspondence, any phone calls. Um, it was it was weird even. I mean, we I we've always gotten at least one or two, but to my knowledge, we got absolute we didn't get a phone call either. So, I don't know if there were any above his
5:36present, but no, none of them weighed in with us.
5:39Okay.
5:40Well, if he's already had the chickens, they probably don't have a problem with it.
5:44Okay. Is is there anyone here who wants to speak on the application?
5:49I see several people on the call and I'm not sure why you're here.
5:54Yeah. Yes.
5:56Okay. Susan.
5:57Yes.
5:57Susan, would you state your name and address for the record?
6:01Yes. My name is Susan Boycealt and I live at 99 Niagara Street.
6:07Okay.
6:09Yeah. And I just wanted to say that I felt the chickens and the roosters were wellkept um during the time that they have been there.
6:21And that you approve of this, right? Yes.
6:27That's a first, right?
6:29Close to it. Yeah.
6:30Of having anybody attend the meeting to approve it? Yeah. Yeah.
6:34How are the eggs? Do you get any eggs?
6:36No, actually not.
6:39a dozen.
6:40Yeah.
6:42Okay. Is there anyone else? I see an iPhone, a Jennifer Milri, and a T. Pavo. Are any of you here to speak on this application?
6:54Jennifer's with the U Health Department.
6:56Oh, okay. I'm sorry.
6:57Hi.
6:59Okay. Yes. The person identified under Eiffel.
7:04Yes. My name is Eldora Moore and um I own the property with my brother at 48 Warren Street. So we are on the back side basically um as in a butter um if the gentleman has been maintaining the chickens for a while and um that all seems satisfactory to the city. I personally do not have an objection either. However, um I did speak to um my cousin who lives on the first floor of
7:32the home and he did find a dead chicken between like our property and the wall of the garage, if you will. Um where, you know, it was formerly the Milansen property that when I grew up there. Um and um there are several you know, the the building abuts almost our the corner of our lot. Um, so I I don't know if some animal came along and took the chicken and killed it, of course, and
8:01then it's back there and the gentleman didn't know what happened to it. Um, but that concerned me a little bit for um, rodents, etc. And I know if a while back there had been a real rodent problem. I didn't know the gentleman had chickens until I got the letter in the mail. And I don't even know that that's where the rodent problem came from, quite frankly.
8:23So for me, as long as it's kept clean and um you know, it doesn't initiate any more problems, then yes, more power to him right?
8:35Okay. Thank you for your comments.
8:37Okay. You're welcome.
8:40Gentlemen, do you have a feeling on this one?
8:43Sounds good. Motion to approve. Second, Sandy, can we have a roll call?
8:49Thomas Corey, yes. Michael Coughlin.
8:52Yes.
8:53Dr. Steven Gagliardi.
8:55Yes.
8:57Good. Good luck with the chicken, sir.
8:58Thank you very much. And thank you all for participating.
9:01Thank you.
9:02Thank you. Bye. Now, Sandy, was anything received for citizens input?
9:08Not at this moment.
9:09Not at this moment. Gentlemen, we have to confirm the date for the next meeting. the next following our usual pattern, it would be Monday, November 24th, which is the Monday of Thanksgiving week. Do we want to go with that or or maybe push it a couple weeks later and we'll just have one meeting in December before the holiday? What is your pleasure?
9:34Uh, if you want to push it to the ETH and just do one meeting for Yeah, that's fine with me.
9:41Okay. So, we're going to go with um Monday, December 8th.
9:47Sure.
9:47And then we'll the next meeting will be in January sometime.
9:52All right.
9:52Okay.
9:54All right. Can we have a motion to adjourn?
9:58So move.
9:59Second.

10:02Thomas Cory?
10:03Yes.
10:04Michael Coughlin?
10:06Yes.
10:06Dr. Steven Gagliardi?
10:08Yes.
10:09Thank you all for your participation this afternoon. This is going to go down as a record. We have two positives on a ticket.
