well it's another glorious Tuesday afternoon in the city of Fall River we want to thank everybody for being with us today I also want to thank one of my colleagues in government that was nice enough to join us actually a couple um representative from Carol fiola's office and City councelor Andrew Raposa uh they they wanted to make sure they were here today for this very important ceremony
0:31uh this will be very brief and very efficient and that's what we're going to do it's an historic day in the city of Fall River it's our first um female police chief and with that I'm going to invite up Allison bushard our city clerk to swear her in please raise your right hand do you Kelly Fado solemnly swear to faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all dut ities incumbent upon you as the
1:01acting chief of police for the city of Fall River I do will you bear true faith and allegiance to and uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts I do will you obey and be bound by such rules and regulations as are now or may be established by the city and its Police Department I do do you solemnly swear that you will never
