Thank you, Chairman Long. Good evening, everyone. Just a few things. Uh we have a retirement uh coming up next month.

4:32

Our um work order uh data clerk and um that person works under facilities and has some interaction with management as it pertains to um generating work orders, emergency work orders um and the UN spiral inspections. So, um, on that retirement, um, with input from other department heads, I'm going to be looking to revamp that job description and the salary schedule, um, discuss it

5:05

with the union and then, um, post it um, upon the retirement. Um, but there'll be some uh, duties added into it to benefit not only the facilities department, but the management department. how um those work orders get generated, what the responsibilities are uh so the two departments can operate together more efficiently.

5:34

The other thing I have uh the Christmas parties are ongoing at our elderly sites. They started on um Friday the 5th. They'll run all this week and all next week. um Joey and his crew uh are conducting those. So those are going well. Uh we have a scheduled endspire inspection um December the 16th uh at Pleasant View. Uh that's scheduled for two days next week. U the facilities department has been preparing

6:09

um for that. So uh we anticipate that we will do well. Uh and once that's completed and we get the scores, I will inform the board as I uh normally do. Um one last thing under finance, um CBIS, our accounting uh auditors are working, I think I've mentioned before in the past, um our audit is due to HUD uh December 31st. So, they're narrowing that down and um we'll be submitting

6:42

that in the next couple of weeks once it's once it's completed.

6:46

So, with that um I want to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year, safe holidays, and if anybody has any questions for me.
