Uh just wanted to come here to thank you guys for the opportunity for letting me serve as the resident one of the resident service coordinator for the last 20 plus years.

I started in 2004 under modernization and then transitioned in 2006 over to resident services. It's been a pleasure uh the last uh a lot of programs I've ran uh 19 years community resource affairs uh the employee cookouts uh food drives with uh teaming up with the housing unit doing the breakfast and serves and many other programs that we've done. But I wanted to thank you guys all personally and um I just want

to uh it was always been my passion to be a police officer and that. So I'm taking this uh opportunity to go over there and try to save kids more uh from day one uh out in the neighborhoods and everything since I only get to see them for a short time here in the summertime and everything.

Joe, I just want to say uh speaking I've been working with you for a long time since I've been involved and you've been a great help to me and you've also done great work with the the cookouts and the concerts and everything else that you do and I just want to say we're going to miss you but good luck. Item six, the update from our executive director.

Thank you, Commissioner Under Hill. Good evening, everyone. Uh just a few things.

This month under human resources, we um filled a second shift position. Um there were interviews last week and a recommendation was made. So we will um be starting that new hire process with that individual management. Um Joey Dilva has already coordinated the Christmas parties for the month of December at our um elderly disabled sites. Um but obviously he won't be here in December. So we have

two other employees from resident services that will be u coordinating those those Christmas parties.

under finance, CBiz accounting, uh the accounting firm that does our audit, they are working on our agreed upon procedures that is due into EOHLC the end of this month. So, um Nella Souza, our finance director, is working closely with them to get that uh submitted on time.

I also have a card from Teresa Quintel.

She wanted to thank the board uh for your kind thoughts and wishes uh during their family's time of loss.
